We responded to customers home for a leak under the kitchen sink even when the water was off. Once onsite, we determined the shut off valve for the dishwasher was defected and leaking water. We removed the worn down valve and replaced it with a new one. After installation, we tested for leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after their kitchen remodel was completed and they needed the kitchen sink and all related plumbing connections installed. Once onsite, we set the sink, installed the faucet, garbage disposal, and drain assembly, and reconnected the hot and cold water supply lines. We also installed a new P-trap and basket strainers. Once all components were secured, we tested for leak free operation and pressure.

We responded to our customers home to get the kitchen ready for new cabinets. Once onsite, we cut and extended the existing kitchen water lines so they'll be above the new cabinet layout, then capped them off to keep everything sealed. We also took care of two exterior hose bibbs that needed rebuilding. After installation the plumbing is ready for the next step of remodel.

Responded to customers home for a whistling nose coming from the pipes in high water pressure from the fixtures. After evaluation, we determined there is a whistling noise when water is ran but mostly the noise is coming from the master bathroom. After investigating, we found the pressure reducing valve directly underneath the master bathroom where the whistling is coming from. There's also a thermal expansion tank at the water heater as well as an older expansion tank near the pressure reducing valve. The second thermal expansion tank is unnecessary. We will cut it out and cap the water line. Still determined high pressure from inoperable pressure reducing valve (PRV). We removed the existing PRV and furnished and installed a pressure regulator valve to resolve all issues.

Our customer reached out to us after they noticed water dripping into the basement ceiling below the kitchen area. After evaluation, we determined there was no plumbing located above the leak in that section of the kitchen. Upon further investigation, we discovered the leak was caused from a watermelon that had gone bad and had started leaking fluids through the kitchen floor and into the basement.

We responded to our customers home after they reported loud banging and knocking noises coming from the pipes. Once on site, after performing a full evaluation, we found that the homes water pressure was extremely high measuring over 140 PSI. Excessive water pressure can cause water hammer, noisy pipes, and long term damage to plumbing fixtures. We installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) to regulate the homes water pressure to a steady level. Once the new PRV was installed and tested, the pipe banging stopped completely, and the plumbing system was operating quietly and efficiently.

We responded to our customer after they contacted us to replace their existing garbage disposal. The current disposal was no longer functioning and only produced a humming sound, which typically indicates a jammed propeller or failing motor. Once on site, we evaluated the unit, attempted a full reset, and tried to clear the disposal manually using proper safety procedures. Despite these efforts, the disposal could not achieve proper operation, confirming internal mechanical failure. We disconnected the old unit, inspected the sink flange, discharge line, and dishwasher connection to ensure everything was in good condition. A new garbage disposal was installed, securely mounted, and connected to the existing plumbing. After installation, we ran water, tested the disposal under load, and verified leak free operation at all seals and connections.

We responded to our customers home due to an occasional stoppage occurring in the master bathroom. Once on site, we performed a full drainage assessment and ran water through both bathroom plumbing systems to try to recreate the blockage. We filled the bathtub, flushed the toilets, and ran all lavatory faucets to place the drain lines under normal operating load. Throughout testing, the fixtures, p-traps, and drain piping all showed proper flow with no signs of backup. We also listened for gurgling, checked venting at fixtures, and inspected the main bathroom drain line. After multiple tests, we were unable to recreate the stoppage, and everything is is currently draining correctly with no issues. At this time, the drainage system is operating as it should, but we advised our customer to monitor the fixtures and call us if the stoppage returns.

Responded to customer's home for an emergency sewage backup. The toilet had stopped up and overflowed onto the floor with sewage. We were able to perform a drain cleaning by running the large sewer machine through the sewer cleanout outside of the home instead of going through the toilet access point. Once the blockage was cleared, we performed a camera inspection to ensure the line was clear and to determine the cause of the blockage. We found the builder had installed an improper fitting under the floor for the toilet which is steadily catching paper and solids as it goes through. Home is less than a year old so customer is going to reach out to builder to determine if they will help correct the issue against code. Sewer line is flowing as should at this time.

We responded to our customers home for ongoing toilet issues, as both toilets were leaking at the base. After evaluating the situation, we found that one toilet also had additional age related issues, and because of the height differences with newer models, the customer chose to purchase a new toilet for replacement. Once on site, we confirmed that the wax rings under both toilets were failing, causing water to leak during flushing. We removed the existing toilet in the master bath and installed the new toilet the customer had purchased. For the second toilet, we pulled the unit, replaced the old wax ring, and reset it securely to create a proper seal. After reinstalling both fixtures, we tested each toilet for stability and leak free operation.

We recently responded to customer's home for a leak in the ceiling. Once we had removed a section of the ceiling and found the cast iron drain piping has rusted out and had holes in the piping and was also severly clogged. We provided customer with a quote to replace this section of cast iron piping with new PVC. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed the old cast iron and installed new PVC piping and reconnected to the appropriate fixtures to resolve the leaks and stoppages.

Customer had recently had the foundation of their home raised up and secured. When the contractors did this, they put the supports against the drain line in the crawl space and broke the hangers causing the drain line to fall without proper slope leaving customer vulnerable to major sewage backups if not repaired. We arrived today to assess the situation and provide customer with a quote to repair the drain line and resecure so that line has proper slope for her to submit to foundation company. While on site, customer requested we also provide a quote to replace copper piping that is starting to show electrolysis in several places to be proactive. We provided customer with the separate proposals and will return at a later date to complete.

We responded to our customers call for their kitchen sink that was draining very slowly. Once on site, we found the sink was fully stopped up and not allowing any water to pass through the line. To properly access the blockage, we removed a section of the kitchen drain piping so we could run our drain machine through the line. After running the machine, we were able to clear the obstruction and restore full water flow. Once the line was open, we reinstalled the drain piping and also upgraded a section of the old flexible pipe to new, hard piped PVC for a more durable and reliable connection. After the repair, we ran water repeatedly to ensure the sink was draining freely with no leaks.

We responded to our customers home due to brown, damp spots forming on the ceiling directly below the upstairs shower. Once on site, we performed a leak inspection, determining the issue is not with the plumbing piping itself, but rather water escaping through compromised tile or grout in the shower area. To prevent further deterioration of the structure and drywall, our customer will be contacting a professional tile and water remediation contractor to properly repair and seal the affected shower surfaces. Once repairs are completed, we will return if any plumbing is needed.

Our customer contacted us requesting a water heater replacement at one of their rental properties after discovering that the existing unit was leaking from the tank. We discussed several replacement options with our customer to determine the best fit for the property. We arrived today to perform the installation and removed the failed unit. In its place, we installed a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater, providing reliable hot water for the home. We also installed a new thermal expansion tank and a new water heater shut off valve to bring the system up to current standards and ensure long term performance. After installation, we filled, purged, and tested the new heater to confirm proper operation and leak free connections.

Responded to call for customer's down spouts constantly clogging. After evaluation, we explained we can hydro jet the downspouts to clear the blockage as well as discussed other possible options to rectify the constant clogging.

Customer had recently contacted us for a quote on replacing the water heater at his parent's home. After discussing options and quoting the replacement, customer requested we perform the replacement. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater in the garage. We installed a new thermal expansion tank and secured to the water heater and replumbed the existing recirculating pump to connect with new water heater.

Responded to a call for water backing up when homeowner uses the washing machine. An adult was not present at the time and we could not proceed with the appointment.

Responded to a call for a faucet barely trickling out and to evaluate if customer is getting gas to his gas logs. Once on site, determine faucet has good water pressure after disconnecting supply line. Customer is going to contact the manufacturer, Delta, to see if they will send him repair parts for free. Determined gas going to gas logs is sufficient so customer is able to replace his gas logs.

We were called out for a leak in the basement ceiling below master bath tub. Was told kids had slashed water onto floor during bath. Customer will caulk floor at tub and mark ceiling stain to see if issue occurs again.

Returned to perform work quoted to property management company. We cut a small section of the sheetrock ceiling below tub above to gain access to the water lines and tub drain. Once accessible, we were able to locate source of leak and properly repair leaking tub drain to resolve issue.

Responded to a call for customer's shower constantly leaking and the tub spout was very loose. Once on site, we were able to install a new tub and shower cartridge to resolve the leak issue. We also installed a new tub spout and secured to wall to resolve the issue.

Responded to a call from a warranty company asking us to inspect a leak in the ceiling the homeowner was experiencing and then providing a quote for the repairs. Once on site, we saw there were several water spots below the shower area. We ran water in the shower but was unable to recreate leak. We provided the warranty company with a quote to cut sheetrock below the shower to confirm source of leak as instructed by the warranty company.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their current water heater with a new tankless water heater. We returned today to perform this work. We removed customer existing tank water heater and installed a new tankless water heater.
