Our customer had contacted us to perform a camera inspection on the drain system for a home her clients are purchasing to determine if there are any issues with the drain system before purchasing the home. Once on site, we pulled the toilet to access the sewer line and performed the camera inspection. We found no issues with the current sewer line in our inspection. Once we were complete with the camera inspection, we reset the toilet and caulked to the floor.

Responded to call for leaking shower faucet. Once on site, found shower faucet is steadily leaking in the off position. We removed the trim plate, installed a new Moen cartridge, and reinstalled trim plate to resolve the issue.

Our customer had recently contacted us with their garbage disposal no longer working properly with a strong smell and scheduled for replacement. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed the Badger 1 garbage disposal and installed a new Badger 5 garbage disposal to resolve the issue.

We recently provided customer with a quote to repair and replace several items regarding the bathroom plumbing. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed the existing tub and shower valve and installed the new tub and shower valve supplied by the customer. We secured the shower arm, the piping that holds the shower head, in the wall as it had come loose and was freely swinging. We secured the line and installed a new shower head. We installed a new tub spout and caulked to replace existing leaking tub spout. We also repaired shower faucet in other bathroom by installing a new cartridge to repair leaking faucet. All issues are now resolved.

Our customer that we installed a tankless water heater for a couple of years ago contacted us to perform the annual maintenance on their tankless water heater. We arrived today to flush the tankless unit.

Responded to a call for a backup in the basement where sewage has overflowed from the tub and toilet in the basement and outside through their sewer cleanout. It was so much pressure that it in fact broke the sewer cleanout cap. Once on site, we determined issue immediately and performed a main line drain cleaning through the sewer cleanout outside. Once blockage was cleared, we performed a camera inspection on the sewer line and determined customer has a very large root ball in the line causing this blockage. We were able to get it somewhat cleared but due to the size of the roots, they will backup again. We are submitting a proposal to repair this section of sewer line and helping customer navigate the process with the insurance company.

We recently performed a visual plumbing inspection on a 65 unit condo in Atlanta. During the inspection, we found several water heaters over 20 years old and provided a proposal to the unit owners to replace the older water heaters. We returned today to perform to replace one of the water heaters in the condo community on the 2nd floor. We drained what we could of the existing water heater by pumping out the water due to location of unit in the building. Due to the extreme build up of rust and sediment, we had to remove the water heater almost full of water and drained outside after freeing the debris blocking the exit point. After removing, we installed a new Rheem, 38 gallon electric "lowboy" type water heater with a new thermal expansion tank.

Responded to a call recently for a leak in the ceiling. After evaluation, we had discovered the customer's shower drain was leaking into the unit's ceiling below. We returned today to chip up the concrete flooring of our customer's unit to gain access to shower drain below in neighbor's unit. We replaced shower drain and repoured concrete to a rough finish to resolve issue.

Responded to a call for a clogged shower drain. Once on site, we performed drain cleaning by running a sewer machine to clear stoppage. Pulled back hair and other debris and cleared stoppage.

We recently responded to a call for a residential lift station not working properly to where the homeowners were having to reset the pumps everyday. We provided homeowners with a quote to replace the floats. We returned today to perform this work. We entered in lift station wet well and installed two new floats to resolve issue.
