Performed leak search for master bath shower. Removed trim plate of shower valve. Ran mini camera through opening of shower valve. Could not see any leaks or moisture. Drilled holes into wooden ceiling in order to run mini camera. Could not find any leaks or moisture. Ran water entire time through handheld and shower head. Sprayed down walls, no signs of leaks or moisture. After thorough diagnostics, I could not find any leaks or moisture. Customer will watch area and call back if leak reoccurs.

The toilet isn't flushing properly in one of the bathrooms. we made repairs to the toilet and tested for leak free operation.

Responded to call where customer wanted to replace his current shower faucet. Once on site, we determined customer has a tile shower and replacing the valve would require extensive repairs to the tile after valve is replaced and rebuilding the shower valve would achieve a new faucet but more cost effective for homeowners. We rebuilt the three handle tub and shower valve with the new shower trim.

Responded to call for a leak in the basement ceiling from a copper water line. Once on site, we found the copper water lines have several pin hole leaks. We removed this section of copper water lines and installed new section of PEX piping to remove the copper and resolve the pinhole leak issue for this section of copper piping.

Responded to a call for one of our existing customers for a leak in the ceiling from a copper water line and also a leak from the copper water line from his kitchen sink. Once on site, we repaired a pinhole leak on a copper water line in the basement ceiling and we also replaced a section of copper piping with new PEX piping going to the kitchen sink with a new shut off valve.

We have done several jobs including replacing the entire sewer line from the meter to the home. Customer requested we install a new toilet and address a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, we installed a new toilet supplied by the customer with a new toilet shut off valve and supply line. We also repaired a pinhole leak in the copper water line.

Responded to call for leak in yard. Once on site, we found leak in exterior copper water line by main shut off valve in the storage room in garage. We were able to repair the leak to resolve issue.

Customer had a new pool heater installed that required upsizing his gas meter. This larger gas meter required a gas regulator to regulate the amount of gas pressure down. We arrived today to perform this work.

We responded to a call for the McAlister's Deli by Kennestone Hospital for the toilet not flushing properly. Once on site, we took apart the flush valve and replaced the batteries as the most cost effective solution to try first. Replacing batteries did resolve the issue so we advised customer to keep an eye on it and if it acts us, replacement may be required.

Responded to a call for a restaurant on the Marietta Square getting intermittent hot water. After diagnostics on the water heater, we determined the burner assembly needs to be replaced and the burner chamber for water heater needs to be cleaned for proper air intake. Restaurant currently has hot water but customer would like a quote for the repair to be scheduled for next week.

Responded to a call for one of a neighborhood clubhouse in Marietta for a fountain replacement at the tennis courts and replacing an outside hose spigot at the pool house. We installed the new customer supplied fountain and a new hose spigot.

Responded to call to install a new shut off valve for new stove. Customer had recently purchased a new stove by a department store and they wouldn't install due to existing shut off valve and gas line location. We turned the gas off to the property and recessed gas line and installed a new gas shut off valve so that new stove would go against the back wall and not stick out. Once new installation was complete, we tested for any leaks and relit the water heater.

Responded to customer's home for smell in basement. I checked around the basement and in the drop ceilings for smells, stains, leaks, and issues of any kind that could cause the smell. I couldn't find anything wrong or broken in the drop ceilings, bathroom or unfinished part of the basement. I only smelled an odor in the stairway above where the main sewer line goes into the concrete, and next to the half bathroom downstairs. If smell continues we could cut sheetrock or get a smoke test performed on the sewer system to find a leak which could cause the smell.

Responded to call for no hot water. Once on site, found gas control valve for one of customer's water heaters had gone bad. We installed a new and improved gas control valve on one of the water heaters to restore the hot water.

I received a call from a customer who reported a leaking faucet outside. Upon arrival, I found that the outside hose spicket was leaking and unrepairable. I installed a new hose bibb to resolve the issue.

Responded to call where customer's home was backing up and they were unable to use any bathrooms. Found main sewer line had stoppage causing entire home to backup whenever they tried to flush or use water. We pulled the toilet in order to run sewer machine through sewer line. Cleared stoppage with machine and ran a sewer camera inspection. Found soft blockage was cause of stoppage. All is resolved after drain cleaning.

Responded to call where customer had another pin hole leak on his copper water line. Customer opted to repipe his water lines. We returned the following day and replaced all copper water lines inside of customer's home with new PEX piping.

Responded to call for leaking pipe above sewer ejector pump. Found old check valve for sewer ejector pump leaking. We installed a new check valve to resolve issue.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace the 1.5" pressure reducing valve and main shut off valve for school. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new 1.5" pressure reducing valve and a new 1.5" main shut off valve for the school. We also replaced a manual flush valve for a toilet that was constantly leaking and not repairable.

Responded to call for a possible leak in the ceiling. Customer said she was seeing water spots in the ceiling. Once on site, we cut sheetrock in the garage ceiling to gain access to plumbing in order to diagnose leak. After evaluation, we found leak on tub drain connection. We replaced the tub shoe connector and overflow gasket to make proper repair to tub drain.

We responded to call for 4 separate workorders for one of our commercial customers, for several items not currently working at preschool. A toilet was leaking from the shut off valve, one toilet was not flushing all the way through cycle, hose spigot is leaking in utility room for mop sink, and left side sink is leaking. We arrived today and replaced tailpiece for kitchen sink, we repaired a manual Sloan flush valve, we rebuilt a shut off valve for a manual Sloan toilet, and replaced a hose spigot for mop sink. We also provided customer with a quote to install a new 1.5" shut off valve and 1.5" pressure reducing valve for school.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their current 50 gallon gas water heater. Current water heater is past average life span and water line connections at water heater are bent causing tension on the water pipes. We returned today to install a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with all necessary water heater code upgrades.

Customer contacted us for their garbage disposal at their neighborhood club house not working. We provided quote for garbage disposal replacement and arrived today to replace the disposal. We installed a new Badger 1 garbage disposal.

Responded to call for two hose spigots leaking and shut off valve for one of the spigots not shutting the water all the way off. We installed two new hose spigots and replaced old gate style shut off valve with new ball valve. We also relocated the new shut off valve so that it was more accessible for homeowners.
