Villa Rica, GA - We were called out for a leak in the basement ceiling below master bath tub. Was told kids had slashed water onto floor during bath. Customer will caulk floor at tub and mark ceiling stain to see if issue occurs again.

Returned to perform work quoted to property management company. We cut a small section of the sheetrock ceiling below tub above to gain access to the water lines and tub drain. Once accessible, we were able to locate source of leak and properly repair leaking tub drain to resolve issue.

Once on site, we saw there were several water spots below the shower area. We ran water in the shower but was unable to recreate leak. We provided the warranty company with a quote to cut sheetrock below the shower to confirm source of leak as instructed by the warranty company.
