Responded to call for stoppage in master bathroom toilet. We were able to clear stoppage by running toilet auger only. Very soft blockage cleared to resolve issue.

We are helping customer with a new bathroom vanity installation. We recently were on site to cap the water and drain lines so customer could install new vanity. We returned today to install a new drain assembly and connect to vanity with new ptrap as well as install a new customer supplied wide spread faucet.

Customer is installing a new vanity and the water and drain lines come up through the floor as opposed through the wall so we are coming out today to cap the water lines and cap the drain lines so they can install new vanity on top of the lines then we will return tomorrow to install the new faucet and install drain assembly for new vanity.

Performed drain cleaning

Customer had contacted us to perform the annual maintenance on their tankless water heater. We arrived today and flushed the tankless water heater and cleaned the filter to complete the annual tankless water heater maintenance.

Responded to call for a major water spot in the ceiling. Once on site, we found large water spot in ceiling on drop ceiling tiles. We removed drop ceiling tiles and found copper water line had several spots leaking. We installed a new section of copper pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to whole house backing up and sewage overflowing in basement toilet. Once on site, we found sewer cleanout and performed drain cleaning by running sewer machine through drain line to clear blockage. Once blockage was cleared, we preformed a camera inspection on the sewer line and found too much toilet paper was cause for blockage.

Responded to a call for a leak in the garage coming from powder room. Once on site, found supply line for powder room toilet had cracked and was leaking into the garage below. We installed a new stainless steel braided supply line to resolve issue.

Responded to a call for a shower faucet leaking constantly. Homeowner tried to repair himself but couldn't get the cartridge out of the shower faucet. Once on site, we evaluated the situation and was able to locate a cartridge and replace same day to resolve the issue. We also installed a new shower faucet handle for customer as well.

Responded to call for no hot water throughout Stars and Strike's entire bowling alley. Once on site, found left side water heater, recirculating pump and mixing valve not working properly. Turned power off to recirculating pump and closed isolation valves to water heater, recirculating pump and mixing valve. They are getting hot water with these off. We are providing a quote for corporate to replace the commercial mixing valve.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace the whole house shut off valve and repair the leaking shower. We returned today to perform the quoted work; Installed a new ball valve for as the new main shut off valve and installed a new cartridge within the shower valve to repair the leaking shower.

We responded to a call for leaking water heater. Once on site, we found one of the two water heaters was no longer operating properly and leaking from the water heater itself. The other water heater is slightly newer and does not require replacement at this time. We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater to restore hot water.

Responded to call for a leak at the foundation wall. Customer said they have already dug up the area outside of the foundation wall and removed everything from this section on the inside but they can't fix it because the leak is coming from the foundation wall. After evaluation, we dup up area a little more and installed a new section of water line going through the foundation wall and sealed penetration to resolve issue.

Responded to call for no hot water, pressure issues and also water in the yard. Once on site, we determined 40 gallon electric water heater is no longer operating properly and requires replacement. Determined water pressure to home is extremely high at 150PSI. Customer said he's also been trying to figure out where the water in his yard is coming from because he is not showing that he has a leak. After evaluation, we found the temperature and pressure relief line (T&P) from water heater when originally installed was connected to a tub drain under the floor so with the pressure to the home being at 150PSI, it was constantly dumping water into the yard, causing the customer's septic tank and field lines to backup with this large amount of water. We installed a new Rheem 40 gallon electric water heater and a new T&P line that properly drains to exterior of home. Dug up meter box and replaced PRV located in meter box to resolve all issues.

We recently installed a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater for customer and she requested that we provide a quote for the new kitchen sink she is having installed in the future. After evaluation, we provided customer with a free quote to relocate drain and water lines to new location of kitchen sink and install new drain assembly for sink.

Customer had contacted us for a quote on a new water heater. Their current water heater was leaking from the tank. We provided customer with a quote to install a new water heater. We arrived today to perform this work. Current water heater was very deteriorated on the bottom and rusted out. Once we removed water heater, we cleaned the area before installing a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater.

We received a call for a basement bathroom stopping up and water around the pump area. On arrival we found float for sewer ejector pump under inlet drain line which caused toilet paper to sit on top of float and cause stoppages for basement bathroom. We readjusted the ejector pump so float is free of debris and tested for proper operation.

Responded to call for leak at foundation wall. Once on site, found drain line leaking right outside of foundation wall. We were able to repair line going through foundation wall to resolve issue.

Responded to call to fix several items for our customer so they can get house ready to put on the market. Fix leaking tub spout, replaced sewer ejector pump lid and installed new lines from pump to bring up to code, installed new condensate pump and new discharge line for pump to exterior of home, repiped kitchen drain line

Arrived to perform annual maintenance on a Rinnai tankless water heater we installed last year. Performed tankless descale and cleaned filters as part of annual maintenance on tankless water heaters.

Responded to call for customer looking to replace their 50 gallon electric water heater. They were also interested in options to provide faster hot water. Recommended installing a recirculating pump with a new water heater for faster hot water. We replaced customer's 50 gallon electric water heater with a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater, installed a new drip pan, expansion tank, and new cold water shut off valve and installed a new recirculating pump for faster hot water.

Responded to call for a very high water bill. We found existing water line is blue poly and there is a leak on the line under the driveway. Provided quote options for replacing existing water line as well as repairing existing water line but strongly recommend replacement due to old water line being blue poly. There is no warranty on blue poly repairs. Customer opted for replacement and we are returning to replace the water line.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their existing water line due to water line leaking under driveway. Existing water line is also the old blue poly. Customer opted for replacement. We returned today to replace the existing blue poly water line with a new water line.

Drain cleaning performed
