We were called out to repair water line leak in yard by water meter.
We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they decided to upgrade their existing kitchen faucet. We removed the existing faucet and installed a new customer supplied kitchen faucet in its place. After completing the installation, we restored the water supply and tested the new faucet and plumbing connections to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.
We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they noticed water leaking around the base of their toilet. We removed the existing toilet to investigate the leak and found that the flooring underneath was too damaged to properly install a replacement toilet. We advised the customer that the damaged flooring would need to be repaired before a new toilet could be safely and securely installed. The customer will have the flooring replaced and contact us to return and complete the new toilet installation.

We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they discovered a water leak in the basement, affecting an area partially in the back bedroom and partially in the hallway. During our evaluation, we located the leak in the copper water piping. We cut out the leaking section of copper pipe and replaced it with new copper piping to complete the repair. We removed the existing disposal and installed a new InSinkErator Badger 3/4 HP garbage disposal of the same size and brand as the previous unit. While onsite, we also replaced the kitchen sink basket strainer. After completing the installations, we ran water through the kitchen sink and tested the new garbage disposal, basket strainer, drain, and plumbing connections to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.

We returned to our customer in Dallas, GA to complete previously quoted repairs for a water leak in the crawl space caused by leaking gray polybutylene piping. We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after a piece of a silicone spatula accidentally fell into the master bathroom shower drain while they were attempting to retrieve a screw. The customer was able to recover the screw but could not retrieve the piece of silicone from the drain line. We tested the shower drain for a possible blockage by filling the shower base with water and releasing it to observe how the drain handled a larger volume of water. The shower drained properly during our testing, and we found no signs of a blockage at the time of our visit.

We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they noticed signs of a possible water leak in the ceiling. During our leak investigation, we determined the plumbing itself was not leaking. The customer had recently replaced the tub spout, but the area around the spout had not been caulked after installation. When the shower was running, we could see water traveling behind the tub spout and into the wall area. We also tested the tub without the shower running and found no plumbing leaks. We explained our findings to the customer, who will caulk and properly seal around the tub spout to prevent shower water from getting behind it.

Everything good except they only take checks , or debit card with which would have been a 20$ charge (3.2%). So I said I’d go to the bank and get the money, asked if he wanted to wait at my house, he insisted on following me to the bank, which I thought was weird. He insisted on cash instead of cashiers check or money order.

I had a pin hole leak in my main waterline where it entered my home. Contacted TKO and Tara worked me in the very next day! John arrived and explained everything he was going to do to fix the issue.
