We checked the mens toilet and found the water wasn't on all the way. We also will give a quote to switch the three independent coffee makers to another location.
We were called out a leak under water heater in garage. Found water is coming up through concrete slab and leak detection will locate leak.
We were called out to replace the main water shut off valve in basement ceiling. We installed a 3/4" ball valve.
We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they noticed unusually high water pressure coming from several faucets throughout the home. During our inspection, we confirmed the home's pressure reducing valve (PRV) was no longer regulating the incoming water pressure properly. High water pressure can put unnecessary stress on plumbing fixtures, appliances, and the water heater over time. We replaced the faulty PRV to restore the home's water pressure to a safe operating level. After completing the installation, we tested the plumbing system to verify proper water pressure and ensure leak free operation.
We were called out to replace the pressure reducing valve by water heater in garage.
We checked the water meter with the main shut off valve turned off to see water is still flowing. We checked the yard and couldn't see any evidence of water. We recommend leak detection to pinpoint the leak.

During our inspection, we assessed the condition of the existing waste and overflow assembly as well as the cast iron Ptrap serving the tub. Due to the age and condition of the components, replacement was recommended. We provided an estimate to replace the tub's waste and overflow drain assembly and install a new Ptrap to help ensure proper drainage and long term reliability.

Everything good except they only take checks , or debit card with which would have been a 20$ charge (3.2%). So I said I’d go to the bank and get the money, asked if he wanted to wait at my house, he insisted on following me to the bank, which I thought was weird. He insisted on cash instead of cashiers check or money order.
