We used the kitchen sink sewer machine to clear the blockage on the kitchen 2" drain line. Afterwards we filled up the sink and drained iti to ensure the blockage was removed.

During the drain cleaning, we discovered SOS pads in the line that were causing the blockage. We removed the material we could retrieve from the floor drain and cleared the remaining blockage through the sewer line to restore proper drainage.

We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they noticed signs of a possible water leak in the ceiling. During our leak investigation, we determined the plumbing itself was not leaking. The customer had recently replaced the tub spout, but the area around the spout had not been caulked after installation. When the shower was running, we could see water traveling behind the tub spout and into the wall area. We also tested the tub without the shower running and found no plumbing leaks. We explained our findings to the customer, who will caulk and properly seal around the tub spout to prevent shower water from getting behind it.

Everything good except they only take checks , or debit card with which would have been a 20$ charge (3.2%). So I said I’d go to the bank and get the money, asked if he wanted to wait at my house, he insisted on following me to the bank, which I thought was weird. He insisted on cash instead of cashiers check or money order.

I had a pin hole leak in my main waterline where it entered my home. Contacted TKO and Tara worked me in the very next day! John arrived and explained everything he was going to do to fix the issue.
