Responded to customer's home to install a new lavatory faucet she had recently purchased as well as reset toilet due to current toilet rocking. Once on site, we found that the bathroom faucet only had cold water and the hot water was shut down for some reason. We turned the hot water back on to resolve the faucet issue so customer was able to return the faucet instead. After evaluating the toilet, we found only the toilet seat was rocking so we were able to resecure the toilet seat and fix this issue for customer without resetting the toilet.

We responded to our customers home for a suspected water leak in the yard. Upon arrival, we discovered a significant underground leak causing water to pool and run into the street. To access the damaged section of the main water service line, we hand dug the area to avid any damage to surrounding utilities. Once the broken water line was exposed, we made the necessary repair to restore proper water flow and prevent further water loss. After testing for leak free operation, we backfilled and covered the area.

Responded to a call for a clogged tub and the shower faucet not turning off all the way. Once on site, we determined the cartridge in the shower faucet has gone bad and requires replacement. We installed a new tub and shower cartridge with new handle to resolve this issue and removed massive hair build up to clear the tub stoppage to resolve all issues.

Responded to a call for a large wet spot in the yard. Once on site, was able to determine right away that customer's water line is leaking in the yard. We hand dug the area and removed the dirt to access the water line. Once source of leak was exposed, we installed a new section of pipe on the black poly water to resolve the issue and recovered the area.

Responded to customer's home to correct drain and water lines recently installed by a different plumbing company. After discussing the necessary steps with homeowner, we removed the SharkBite fittings from the water lines, installed new water lines with proper fittings and shut off valves. We also installed new drain piping with proper bends to correct situation.

We responded to call for a leak in the yard near the water meter. Once on site, we hand dug area to find source of leak to make repairs. Once line was exposed, we repaired the water line to resolve issue and cover hole back.

Responded to call where customer's entire home was backing up and they were unable to use any fixtures in the home. Once on site, we performed a drain cleaning by removing the powder room toilet to run the sewer machine through the drain line to clear the blockage. Once blockage was cleared, we performed a camera inspection on the sewer line to find the sewer line is back falling (improperly sloped) causing the line to hold water. We are providing customer with a proposal to resolve the drain line issue as this will cause the home to continue to backup until issue is resolved. Set back toilet with a new wax ring and caulking.

Responded to call for no hot water. Once on site, found newer water heater no longer working properly and leaking from the tank itself. Water heater shows that it is only 3 years old. We provided customer with a free quote to install a new water heater as there is no way to properly fix the leak from the tank without installing a new water heater. Customer is going to contact the manufacturer to see if they will provide a new water heater before buying a new water heater to install.

After leaving customer with quote to replace fill valve, she called right back and asked that I return to go ahead and replace fill valve. We returned and replaced fill valve for toilet.

Responded to call for high water bill. Customer said county told her she has a water leak on her side. Once on site, we checked the water meter with the main shut off valve closed found water meter is not moving. We examined the toilets and found the water level on the master toilet was at the top of the overflow, so we lowered the water level. The guest toilet upstairs will need to be rebuild soon, but nothing is leaking. We checked water meter again and the meter still shows no flow. Recommend customer contact County to discuss plumber's report. Provided a quote to customer to replace fill valve. Current fill valve is getting stuck and making a knocking noise.

We recently responded to call where customer's basement plumbing was backing up and not draining. We found their sewer ejector pump was no longer operating and unrepairable. We gave customer a free quote to replace the sewer ejector pump with a new upgraded pump. We returned today to perform this work. We installed a new sewer ejector pump with new vent connections and new lid for basin to restore basement plumbing.

Responded to customer's basement backing up and sewer ejector pump not working. We found current ejector pump to be an older model that was no longer repairable as well as current vent piping against code and not allowing proper air causing strains on the pump. We provided a customer with a free quote to replace the pump and bring vent piping up to code.
