We responded to our customer due to a leak inside the shower wall that was causing water damage concerns. Once onsite, we inspected the valve body and plumbing connections, we identified a failed Kohler shower cartridge as the source of the leak. We shut off the water supply, removed the damaged cartridge, and installed a new replacement to restore proper water flow and pressure control. All seals and O-rings were properly seated to ensure a secure fit. Once the installation was complete, we turned the water back on and thoroughly tested the system for leak free operation. We also verified proper temperature control and smooth handle operation.
We responded to our customer due water being discovered on the carpet directly behind the shower wall. Once on site, after inspecting the plumbing behind the shower trim, we found that the shower cartridge is failing and allowing water to leak constantly inside the wall cavity. This type of internal leak can cause damage to the drywall, framing, and flooring if left unaddressed. To help prevent any further moisture intrusion, we will install shut off valves on the hot and cold supply lines for the shower. We have ordered a new shower cartridge and will return to finish work.
We responded to our customer after they reported water constantly running down the yard from a puddle that kept returning. Once on site, we inspected the area and began tracing the water line to locate the source of the leak. We discovered that a broken compression fitting on the backyard water line was causing the continuous pooling. After the flush cycle was complete, we ran clean water through the lines to thoroughly rinse out any remaining solution. We then restored power and gas to the tankless unit and checked for proper operation. All components were inspected to ensure the system was running smoothly. The tankless water heater is now cleaned, maintained, and ready for continued reliable service.

We responded to our customer after they noticed water running through the yard from the direction of the meter. Upon arrival, we confirmed the water meter was spinning even with all the fixtures inside turned off, dug along the service line to locate the source and found a section of pipe that had cracked and was leaking underground. We cut out the damaged portion of the pipe and repaired it. Once the glue had dried, we turned the water back on and checked the repair for leaks.
These folks have done work for me twice before and left me satisfied both times . The last time they fixed a problem another company created! This time John told me that there was no leak in an outdoor line where I thought there was one and they didn’t charge for the service call!

We responded to our customers home for water leaking outside near the house, as they were concerned there might be an issue with the plumbing system. Once on site, we found that the water was gathering near the exterior spigot, so we performed a full evaluation to check for possible leaks. We inspected the water meter, exterior plumbing, and visible piping, but found no signs of active leaks or water movement on the system. Our customer mentioned that the area had recently experienced rain, and he believed the water buildup might be a result of rainwater pooling rather than a plumbing issue. Since no leaks were detected, we advised our customer to monitor the area over the next few days. If water returns during a period with no rain, we will return to investigate further.
Responded to call where customer was having issues with her garbage disposal and a bathroom sink not draining. She said she has tried unclogging the sink by hand and even rented a small sewer machine and could not clear the blockage. Once we were on site, we determined the existing garbage disposal is no longer operable. We installed a new garbage disposal and performed drain cleaning to clear the blockage at bathroom sink to resolve issues.
