To access the blockage, we disconnected the drain pipes under the kitchen sink and snaked the line to remove the obstruction. Once on site, we inspected the drain line connected to the machine and confirmed that the line was clogged, preventing proper drainage. Using a shop vacuum method, we were able to pull debris from the end of the drain line and restore full flow. After clearing the blockage, we tested the cappuccino machine to ensure water was draining as designed with no further backups.

Responded to customer's home because the garbage disposal had fallen off the drain and was laying on the customer's cabinet floor. We found the garbage disposal had come apart from the attachment to the sink. We were able to properly reinstall the garbage disposal to resolve the issue without replumbing or replacing the garbage disposal. While on site, we also evaluated a slow drain in the bathtub. We were able to snake the tub drain to clear the stoppage and resolve all issues.

We responded to our customer after they reached out requesting a new bidet toilet seat installation to enhance comfort and connivence in their bathroom. Upon arrival, we inspected the existing toilet and verified that the water supply line and shut off valve were compatible with the new bidet attachment. We removed the current toilet seat and installed the new bidet using manufacturer approved mounting hardware. The plumbing connections were securely fitted to ensure proper water delivery to the bidet features while maintaining a leak free setup. Responded to a call for a leak coming from the ceiling above their porch. Once on site, we determined the shower drain in the room above the porch is leaking down. After gaining access to the pipe, we found the cast iron shower drain leaking. We cut out the damaged section of cast iron piping and installed a new section of PVC piping to resolve issue.

We recently performed a camera inspection on customer's sewer line and found drain line no longer has proper fall and is causing sewage water to back up. We returned today to replace this section of drain line in the ceiling above the laundry room. We installed a new customer supplied toilet and new PVC toilet to discontinue the current cast iron flange. We also replaced a small section of cast iron drain line due to cast iron being older and brittle catching components when flushing to resolve all stoppage issues.

We have repaired numerous pin hole leaks for this customer. After getting another pinhole leak, they opted to repipe the home instead of repairing more pin hole leaks on the copper water lines. We repiped the customers home with new PEX piping replacing all copper piping going to the fixtures with new PEX piping, installing new shut off valve, and new supply lines along with new pressure reducing valve and new thermal expansion tank to resolve this constant pin hole leaks.

We roughed in new water and drain lines for bathroom and kitchenette. Ran new vent lines and discharge line for kitchenette sink. Installed new hot and cold water lines for kitchenette sink. Roughed in water, drain and vent lines for new bathroom fixtures. Also installed a new 50 gallon electric water heater to replace customer's existing water heater.

Customer had contacted us because their fridge's ice maker line was connected to a hot water line making the icemaker from the refrigerator unusable. We came today to correct this issue by removing the existing saddle valve on the hot water line where the icemaker line was connected and installed a new proper icemaker line from the cold water line to resolve the issue and allow customer to use their fridge's icemaker function.

Customer had contacted us to perform the maintenance on their two tankless water heaters as well as repair a shut off valve for one of their outside faucets. Once on site, we performed the annual maintenance on two tankless water heaters and installed a new ball valve for the front outside hose spigot.

Customer had recently contacted us to install his new kitchen faucet. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed customer existing kitchen faucet and installed the new kitchen faucet provided by customer.

We responded to a call where the tile company had removed the toilet. After the new tile floors were installed, we were called out to reset the toilet. Once on site, we reset the toilet with a new wax ring. We replaced the flapper on this toilet as well to resolve the toilet leaking issue.

Customer had recently contacted us for constant stoppage issues. We provided a quote to customer to repair section of drain line that was backfalling and to install a new pressure assisted toilet. We returned today to perform work. We installed a new Kohler pressure assist toilet. During toilet replacement, found flange was broken. We replaced flange and installed new wax ring before setting new toilet.

Responded to call for multiple toilets backing up at a dentist office. We pulled one of the toilets to perform drain cleaning and found a blockage in main hallway outside of the office. Was able to clear blockage with sewer camera. Also found cast iron sewer line holding a small amount of water at main sewer connection for entire building. Did not find any major issues. Recommend to wait and see if issue reoccurs before taking any further steps.

Responded to call to provide customer with a quote for replacing and replumbing some of the drain line system. They are experiencing frequent stoppages. We found newly installed PVC line by separate contractor to have improper slope causing paper and solids to build in line causing blockages. We provided quote to customer and are currently working with customer to resolve issue.
