Responded to call for toilet in basement gurgling and flushing very slowly. Once on site, we flushed the basement toilet several times while running water in the shower and in the lavatory sink to determine location of possible stoppage. While running the water, we also were examining the sewer cleanout outside. Everything is flowy properly with no issues whatsoever at this time. Customer is going to keep an eye on it and call us back if needed.
Responded to our customer's home for the basement toilet backing up and overflowing. They immediately stopped using the toilet and any other downstairs plumbing to stop the overflowing water and found the pump did not have any water underneath it as well. After evaluation, we pulled the sewer ejector pump in the basement and found the float had something stuck on it. Once we removed it and readjusted the float, the pump started working properly and the basement plumbing tested ok.
We recently responded to a call for water spots on the driveway and possibility of the water line leaking. Once on site, we found the main water line is leaking under the driveway and causing major water to leak on the driveway. We provided customer with a quote to replace the water line by going under the driveway as opposed to cutting the driveway to repair the line. We returned today to perform this work. We installed a new water line from the meter to the home with going under the driveway to resolve leak.

Responded to a shower leaking down below when customer uses the shower. Once on site, we tested shower and found it is only leaking when water goes behind the tub spout missing caulk. All other areas of the shower were tested and no other leaks were found except for this area. We recalked the tub spout and resolved the shower leak.
We recently responded to a customer's home where the basement toilet was backing up and no longer working properly. We determined the sewer ejector pump for the basement bathroom was no longer working as should and causing a major backup in basement bathroom. We provided customer with a proposal and returned today to perform this work. We installed a new sewer ejector pump and resealed lid after installation. We also installed a new section of copper piping with a new main shut off valve to resolve the water line leak and shut off valve leak issues.
Responded to a call for weird noises and vibrations when various fixtures are in use. We checked all fixtures and was unable to recreate issue. We evaluated pressure and pressure is holding steady. There are no issues with the system at this time.
Responded to a call for customer's kitchen faucet leaking at the sprayer. After evaluation, we determined the hose for the sprayer is leaking. We ordered a new one and returned today to install to resolve the issue.

I had a complex situation with turning my water main off because it was stiff. Cobb County Water was not very cooperative. We received a call for high pitch whistle noise when faucets are used. Once on site, we checked water pressure to the home and found that pressure was at 130PSI which is extremely high pressure. We also found thermal expansion tank was leaking and required replacement. We installed a new pressure regulator valve with a new ball valve to upgrade the home's main shut off valve as well as a new thermal expansion tank.
We responded to a call for a customer getting really water pressure in their faucets. Once on site, we determined the water pressure to the home is over 100psi which is causing the temperature and pressure relief line on the water heater to constantly drip outside. We replaced the pressure reducing valve and main shut off valve for house to reduce the pressure to the home and resolve the issue.

We have had so many plumbing issues in our house over the last couple of years and have used several different plumbers that we werent a huge fan of, this time around we had a leak under our slab in our kitchen and was referred to TKO by a friend of a friend. From the minute we called and spoke to Tara and then Thorsten we knew we had finally found a plumber we could trust. Thorsten went above and beyond for us. He rearranged his schedule to be able to come sooner because he knew we were without water and also had an infant at home. He was kind, professional, honest and made the not-so-fun experience of digging a hole in the middle of your kitchen a pleasant one. He and his assistant made sure to cover every surface from getting dusty during the dig and even made sure to remove the bare minimum of our flooring in hopes that we would be able to salvage it without having to get all new floors (and we did manage to salvage it!). The repair went so much smoother than we thought it would and he was very communicative the whole time and educated us on what was happening and what he was doing. We didnt have to worry if he was ripping us off or making things seem worse than they actually were (like previous plumbers had in the past) and ultimately we are just very thankful to have found someone to stick with for any of our plumbing needs in the future.
