We responded to our customers home to replace a leaking hose bibb and its shutoff valve located at the back of the house. Upon inspection, we found the existing hose bibb was worn and actively leaking, and the interior shutoff valve was no longer holding properly. To prevent further water loss and potential damage, we shut off the water supply and removed the old components. We installed a new, high quality hose bibb along with a new shut off valve to ensure reliable operation. After installation was complete, we restored water pressure to the home. We discussed this with our customer and explained the repair options for addressing a leak beneath concrete. We provided our customer with an estimate for the necessary work, and we will return to complete the repair once approval is received.

We were called out after our customer discovered a leak coming from a compression tee fitting on the water line. Upon arrival, after inspecting the area, we confirmed that the fitting had failed and was allowing water to escape around the connection. We removed the leaking compression tee and replaced it with new copper fittings and pipe. Once the repair was complete, we restored water pressure and tested the line for leaks.

We responded to a call from our customer reporting that their toilet and basement plumbing were gurgling and flushing very slowly. Once on site, we began diagnosing the issue by flushing the basement toilet multiple times while also running water in the basement shower and lavatory sink to see how the system behaved under load. As we performed these tests, we also monitored the main sewer cleanout outside to check for signs of backup or restriction in the line. Throughout the testing, everything flowed properly, and we were unable to recreate any slow draining or gurgling during our visit. At this time, there is no active blockage or sewer issue present. We advised our customer to monitor the fixtures, as intermittent symptoms can appear before a full stoppage develops. They will call us back if nay further issues occur so we can revaluate the line.

Responded to our customer's home for the basement toilet backing up and overflowing. They immediately stopped using the toilet and any other downstairs plumbing to stop the overflowing water and found the pump did not have any water underneath it as well. After evaluation, we pulled the sewer ejector pump in the basement and found the float had something stuck on it. Once we removed it and readjusted the float, the pump started working properly and the basement plumbing tested ok.

We recently responded to a call for water spots on the driveway and possibility of the water line leaking. Once on site, we found the main water line is leaking under the driveway and causing major water to leak on the driveway. We provided customer with a quote to replace the water line by going under the driveway as opposed to cutting the driveway to repair the line. We returned today to perform this work. We installed a new water line from the meter to the home with going under the driveway to resolve leak.

Responded to customer's home for water pouring from the driveway. Once on site, found that customer's existing water line runs under the driveway and is leaking under the driveway. We provided options to customer to cut and remove the concrete driveway to repair the water line as well as replace the current water line but reroute the new water line so that it would no longer run under the driveway. Customer opted to replace the current exterior water line and reroute so it's no longer under the driveway. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new water line from the meter to the home without going under the driveway. Once installation was complete, we tested for proper leak free operation.

Responded to a shower leaking down below when customer uses the shower. Once on site, we tested shower and found it is only leaking when water goes behind the tub spout missing caulk. All other areas of the shower were tested and no other leaks were found except for this area. We recalked the tub spout and resolved the shower leak.
