Responded to a shower leaking down below when customer uses the shower. Once on site, we tested shower and found it is only leaking when water goes behind the tub spout missing caulk. All other areas of the shower were tested and no other leaks were found except for this area. We recalked the tub spout and resolved the shower leak.

We recently responded to a customer's home where the basement toilet was backing up and no longer working properly. We determined the sewer ejector pump for the basement bathroom was no longer working as should and causing a major backup in basement bathroom. We provided customer with a proposal and returned today to perform this work. We installed a new sewer ejector pump and resealed lid after installation. We also installed a new section of copper piping with a new main shut off valve to resolve the water line leak and shut off valve leak issues.

Responded to a call for weird noises and vibrations when various fixtures are in use. We checked all fixtures and was unable to recreate issue. We evaluated pressure and pressure is holding steady. There are no issues with the system at this time.

Responded to a call for customer's kitchen faucet leaking at the sprayer. After evaluation, we determined the hose for the sprayer is leaking. We ordered a new one and returned today to install to resolve the issue.

We received a call for high pitch whistle noise when faucets are used. Once on site, we checked water pressure to the home and found that pressure was at 130PSI which is extremely high pressure. We also found thermal expansion tank was leaking and required replacement. We installed a new pressure regulator valve with a new ball valve to upgrade the home's main shut off valve as well as a new thermal expansion tank.

We responded to a call for a customer getting really water pressure in their faucets. Once on site, we determined the water pressure to the home is over 100psi which is causing the temperature and pressure relief line on the water heater to constantly drip outside. We replaced the pressure reducing valve and main shut off valve for house to reduce the pressure to the home and resolve the issue.

We responded to a call where customer was requesting a quote to replace his current 40 gallon gas water heater due to age of water heater. Once on site, we evaluated water heater and determined pressure to home is very high and a new PRV should be installed as soon as possible to avoid damages. We provided customer with a free quote to replace his water heater and install a new pressure regulator valve. We are returning tomorrow as requested to replace the water heater and prv.

Responded to a call where customer had no water and an infant baby in the home! Once on site, we determined they have a water line leaking under their refrigerator coming from the water lines located in the concrete slab. After covering the kitchen with plastic to mitigate the dust as much as possible, we removed the flooring as gently as possible and busted up a small section of the concrete slab to gain access to the leaking water line. Once water line was exposed, installed a new section of piping to properly repair water line, cover up and repoured concrete.

Responded to call for customer's rental property that has roots in the sewer line and is causing frequent blockages. After evaluation, we gave customer different recommendations to properly evaluate the sewer line with a camera inspection to determine if a sewer line repair or sewer line replacement is necessary.

Customer had contacted us because she thought she needed a water heater replacement. She said the water was dumping outside constantly but the water heater was only a few years old. We explained she may not need a new water heater and asked if we could schedule a technician to the property to properly evaluate the situation. Once on site, we found water heater serial number had been scratched off by the builder that built the home and installed this water heater. Luckily, customer did not need a new water heater. The pressure in the home was very high so we gave customer a quote to replace the current pressure regulator valve with a new valve. She does not need a new water heater. We returned to perform work however the shut off valve at the meter for the County/City is inoperable so customer has to call the County/City before we can return to shut the water off to the property and replace the PRV.
