Responded to a call for toilet that was running constantly. Once on site, we found the shut off valve for the toilet is not shutting off the water completely. We installed a new shut off valve for toilet and upgraded supply line to toilet as well to resolve all toilet running issues.

We responded to customer's home for a gas leak. The gas company shut her gas meter off due to the gas leak their system found. We responded and performed a gas pressure test as required on the gas system to identify and repair any gas leaks on the system and repressurized.

Responded to a call for customer receiving very high pressure and a leak coming from a valve in the basement. Once on site, we were able to determine right away that the pressure reducing valve is leaking and causing the high pressure in the home. We installed a new PRV (pressure reducing valve) and upgraded the main shut off valve to home to a ball valve type shut off valve as opposed to the older gate valve type.

Responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling. After evaluation, we found red and blue PEX piping has a pin hole leak that is leaking into the ceiling below. We removed the damaged section of red and blue PEX piping and installed a new section of better quality PEX piping with two new shut off valves under sink for customer due to current shut off valves not turning off water completely when leak occurred.

Responded to a call for customer getting a very strong odor throughout the entire house anytime any fixture was running. After evaluation, we discovered that smell is very strong when running any fixtures. Before taking any further steps with plumbing repairs, we recommended that customer contact the Water Department to see if there are any issues from their end first. It is possible this is an issue with the Water Dept. that they would need to address. If Water Dept. is unable to confirm any issues from their end, we will discuss next steps to resolve this issue.

We recently provided customer with a quote for a leaking tub drain, a clogged sink, and resetting a toilet due to existing toilet leaking. We returned today to perform this work. We replaced the tub drain by installing a new waste and overflow for the upstairs bathtub. We cleared the bathroom sink blockage and reset toilet with a new wax ring so toilet would now sit flush and no longer leak.

We recently responded to a call to provide a quote on replacing the homeowner's existing 75 gallon gas water heater. We returned today to perform this work. We removed existing 75 gallon gas water heater and installed a new Rheem 75 gallon gas water heater with all new water heater code upgrades including installing a new thermal expansion tank.

Responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, we found a large bubble in the ceiling. We cut out the section of ceiling with the bubble and found two pin hole leaks on the same section of copper pipe above. We installed a new section of copper piping to repair the two pin hole leaks. After further evaluation, we found additional pin hole leaks on the other side of the basement that we also repaired to resolve all issues.

Responded to a service call for tub leaking into basement ceiling from hall bathroom. Customer had already cut and removed a section of the sheetrock ceiling below the tub and saw water coming from drain. Once on site, found waste and overflow drain for tub leaking. We will provide a quote to replace waste and overflow for tub drain as well as resecure the basement toilet.

We were called out for piping in walls and ceiling making knocking noises when hot water was being used. Plumbing is operating properly. Knocking noises is being caused from hot water going through PVC pipes and PVC expanding causing knocking noises.

Responded to a call for water heater leaking from the tank and very high water pressure coming through faucets. Once on site, we found water heater is in fact leaking from the tank itself and required replacement. We also found the pressure to the home to be extremely high. The water heater is on a stand and the pressure regulator valve is located under the water heater. We installed a new Rheem 40 gallon gas water heater and relocated PRV and main shut off valve to the home to the wall in front of the water heater so that customer may be able to access easier in the event of a plumbing emergency.

Responded to a call for low water pressure in the shower on the hot water line. The water pressure to the home is slightly low so we turned it up slightly and tested the shower. Shower tested ok and working with normal pressure.

Responded to call where customer wanted to replace several shut off valves due to existing shut off valves being older and some shut off valves leaking. We installed a new shut off valves and supply lines for multiple toilets and installed a new customer supplied toilet.

Responded to a call for a shower leaking into the garage. Once on site, found that tub spout is leaking. Customer ordered a new one and we returned today to install the new tub spout to resolve the leak.

Responded to a call for customer hearing a popping noise in the wall when the hot water is being used. Found that issue of popping noise only occurs during colder months or during cooler temps and PVC piping is expanding causing popping noise.

Performed leak search for master bath shower. Removed trim plate of shower valve. Ran mini camera through opening of shower valve. Could not see any leaks or moisture. Drilled holes into wooden ceiling in order to run mini camera. Could not find any leaks or moisture. Ran water entire time through handheld and shower head. Sprayed down walls, no signs of leaks or moisture. After thorough diagnostics, I could not find any leaks or moisture. Customer will watch area and call back if leak reoccurs.

Responded to a call for a toilet not flushing properly. Once on site, we determined the Sloan valve for the toilet is not working properly. We installed a new Sloan Diaphragm to resolve issue.

Responded to call where customer wanted to replace his current shower faucet. Once on site, we determined customer has a tile shower and replacing the valve would require extensive repairs to the tile after valve is replaced and rebuilding the shower valve would achieve a new faucet but more cost effective for homeowners. We rebuilt the three handle tub and shower valve with the new shower trim.

Responded to call for a leak in the basement ceiling from a copper water line. Once on site, we found the copper water lines have several pin hole leaks. We removed this section of copper water lines and installed new section of PEX piping to remove the copper and resolve the pinhole leak issue for this section of copper piping.

Responded to a call for one of our existing customers for a leak in the ceiling from a copper water line and also a leak from the copper water line from his kitchen sink. Once on site, we repaired a pinhole leak on a copper water line in the basement ceiling and we also replaced a section of copper piping with new PEX piping going to the kitchen sink with a new shut off valve.

We have done several jobs including replacing the entire sewer line from the meter to the home. Customer requested we install a new toilet and address a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, we installed a new toilet supplied by the customer with a new toilet shut off valve and supply line. We also repaired a pinhole leak in the copper water line.

Responded to call for leak in yard. Once on site, we found leak in exterior copper water line by main shut off valve in the storage room in garage. We were able to repair the leak to resolve issue.

Customer had a new pool heater installed that required upsizing his gas meter. This larger gas meter required a gas regulator to regulate the amount of gas pressure down. We arrived today to perform this work.

We responded to a call for the McAlister's Deli by Kennestone Hospital for the toilet not flushing properly. Once on site, we took apart the flush valve and replaced the batteries as the most cost effective solution to try first. Replacing batteries did resolve the issue so we advised customer to keep an eye on it and if it acts us, replacement may be required.
