We went over a list of plumbing issues that need to be resolved. We inspected the issues, took pictures and made an estimate to get the problems solved.
Call Thorsten before going out. He said you need to go to Apex first to get a part. WILL UPDATE TAGS AFTER TK CALLS BACK We removed and installed a new pressure reducing valve. once installation was completed, we tested for proper leak free operation.
We were called out for pipes knocking in wall when fixtures are being used. We found pressure regulator needing to be replaced.
We repaired a toilet that was constantly flushing and also checked out a clogged sink in another bathroom. After repairs were made we tested for proper leak free operation.
Cust was a little weird. After scheduling, she asked why a plumber is coming out bc she only needs someone to cap a gas line but then asked if a certified person was coming to cap the line. We assured her a licensed plumber is coming. Let me know if we need to turn off review request before scheduling. we removed a gas line going to a grill and capped the gas line in the basement. Once completed, we tested for leaks.
TKO came out to help diagnose a potential exterior leak. While our problem ended up being related to irrigation, John and the serviceman were knowledgeable and nice. I would call them again if we needed to.

We found that main water line leaking very slowly and no evidence of a leak on the ground. We recommend leak detection to find the leak.
We found a supply line for the kitchen was broken. We installed a new stainless steel braided supply line and tested for leaks.

We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA to perform a sewer line inspection due to drainage concerns. We ran a sewer camera from the outside cleanout near the house to the city cleanout by the street to evaluate the condition of the line. During the inspection, we found no obstructions, breaks, or damage in the sewer line. The sewer system is flowing properly and functioning as designed.

Very fast turnaround, friendly on the phone, the plumber who showed up, John, was friendly and professional. The quality of his work was very good. We had a lot going on at the house and one part of the quoted job was missed on the initial visit. When I brought it to their attention, they were quick to address my concern, and were back out the very next morning to complete the job. Given how fast they were, we were able to stay on track with our renovation schedule. Ultimately, we are pleased with the quality of service, the craftsmanship, and felt the pricing was reasonable.

Your turnaround time was fantastic. Pricing was a bit higher than we were expecting but paid it given the time crunch. A part of the quoted job was not finished for some reason, but after bringing it to your attention, John was back out the next day, he actually just left and did a great job with the last part.
