I had multiple plumbers come out, yet no one could determine the true cause. TKO Plumbing carefully investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and repaired it without unnecessary excavation or replacing large sections of cast iron pipe in my 60-year-old home. Their solution was thoughtful, efficient, and effective, and they eliminated a problem that had frustrated me for years. TKO Plumbing responded quickly and were out the next day to take care of our gas problems. John was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Your turnaround time was fantastic. Pricing was a bit higher than we were expecting but paid it given the time crunch. A part of the quoted job was not finished for some reason, but after bringing it to your attention, John was back out the next day, he actually just left and did a great job with the last part.
