We responded to our customers non profit organization on a bathroom remodel project at this home. As part of today's work, we addressed the venting system to ensure proper drainage and code compliant airflow. The existing setup used Studor vents (air admittance valves), which are not always ideal for long term performance in a full remodel. We removed the studor vents and reconfigured the plumbing vents so the home now vents through the existing roof vent, as originally intended. This provides more reliable venting for the entire plumbing system. and helps prevent drainage and odor issues. After reconnecting the vents, we verified that everything was properly tied in and functioning as designed. This update brings the plumbing system closer to completion and supports the overall quality of the bathroom remodel.

We responded to our customer to complete multiple fixture installations in the bathroom. Upon arrival, we installed two new lavatory faucets and made all water supply connections. We set a new Kohler toilet, secured it to the floor, and connected with a new seal and supply line. We also installed the shower trim, including the diverter valve and hand sprayer, to provide proper water control control and functionality. After all installations were completed, we restored water to the fixtures. We thoroughly tested each faucet, the toilet, and the shower system for proper operation. All fixtures are functioning correctly and operating leak free.

We responded to our customer due to completing a bathroom remodel and needed the full rough plumbing stage finished before moving onto the drywall and fixture installation. After evaluation we determined all new plumbing lines for the toilet, shower, lavatory, sink, and drain system needed to be properly laid out, secured, and brought up to code to support the upcoming finishes and fixtures. We completed the full rough in plumbing by installing and pressure testing all water supply lines, drain lines, venting, and necessary connections for the remodeled bathroom. Everything was set in place to meet plumbing code requirements and prepared for the next phase of construction. The bathroom rough plumbing stage is now complete, and the project is ready for inspections and finish work.

We responded to our customers home today for a toilet that had become completely stopped up. Once on site, we inspected the fixture and confirmed the blockage was preventing the toilet from flushing properly. We used a professional grade toilet auger to reach deeper into the drain line and break up the obstruction. After several passes, we were able to clear the stoppage and restore proper flow through the toilet. We then flushed the system multiple times to ensure there were no remaining blockages. Everything is draining as intended, and the toilet is back to normal operation.

We responded to our customer to set a new toilet after the flooring in the bathroom had been replaced. Once onsite, we removed the old toilet, then checked the flange and drain connection to make sure it was a good fit for the new toilet. We installed a new wax ring seal and set the new toilet, making sure it was level and seated securely against the new floor. After installation, we reconnected the water supply line and turned the water back on to test for leak free operation.

We responded to our customers home to install a customer supplied fiber glass tub with walls surround and tub. We removed the existing one piece tub and shower unit. along with the outdated three handle valve assembly. We installed a new steel tub in place and properly leveled, with a three wall surround installed for durability and function. We upgraded the valves to a modern single handle design to improve ease of use and long term serviceability. All water and drain connections were reconfigured and secured to to meet plumbing standards. Once installation was completed, we tested for leak free operation. No leaks were detected, confirming leak free detection. The work area was cleaned and left in safe condition upon completion.

Responded to our customer's home to evaluate multiple leaks. They had water damage and had contacted a restoration company prior to contacting us and the restoration company found numerous moisture containing areas. Once on site, we evaluated the master bathroom toilet and found that toilet is leaking when flushed. In order to repair leak, we will need to replace the wax ring. We also found the chimney cavity is open and leaking when it rains. Lastly, we found that tub is leaking due to a crack in the tub. We are returning in a week to install a new tub and repair toilet by replacing the wax ring.

Responded to a call for lift station system for apartment complex inoperable. After gathering calculations, provided quote to customer for lift station pump and panel replacements.
