We recently provided our customer with a quote to repair several items in home. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new expansion tank, repaired hose spigot by replacing vacuum breaker, and making multiple repairs on leaking copper water lines going to kitchen to resolve all issues.

Customer had contacted us to quote replacing their water service line. Once on site, we discussed different options with customer and provided a quote to replace the water service line from the water meter to the house. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new water line from the meter to the house and connected new water line inside of the home with a new main shut off valve and a new pressure reducing valve.

Responded to a call for several issues including leaking hose spigot, leaking thermal expansion tank, and hot water issues. After evaluation, we determined repairs needed and provided customer with a quote to replumb the water lines for his kitchen sink to correct the hot water issue, install a new thermal expansion tank, and repair the outside spigot. We are returning tomorrow to perform this work.

Customer had contacted us to help with their water heater replacement. Their current water heater is 18 years old and leaking from the tank itself. We arrived that afternoon and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater in the basement with a new thermal expansion tank, shut off valve, gas shut off valve, and new gas whip to resolve water heater leak issue.

We have been working with customer on a basement bathroom project. We returned today to perform the rough in portion of the remodel. We installed new hot and cold water lines and new drain lines for new bathroom. Installed customer supplied shower valve. We will return once sheetrock, flooring, and paint are complete to perform trim out portion to complete customer's basement bathroom remodel.

We have been working with customer to restore her bathrooms after a recent pipe leaked causing major water damage. Today, we installed a new pressure assist toilet in the hall bathroom and a new standard Kohler toilet in the master bathroom. We are returning next week after countertops are set to install a new bathroom sink for customer and connect her pedestal sink to complete the remediation from the pipe leak.

Responded to call to provide a quote to install a new customer supplied Flo by Moen Automatic Shut Off Valve for home and replace outside spigot. We provided customer with a quote to replace these items and are returning next week to perform after customer gets the new automatic shut off valve.

We recently provided customer with a quote to install a new Flo by Moen that he had purchased as well as replace the outside spigot in the front of the home. Current spigot was older and not longer working properly. We returned today to perform this work. We installed a new customer supplied Flo by Moen on his main water line and replaced the hose bibb on the front of the home.

Responded to a call for customer's master bathroom toilet and shower backing up with sewage water. Once on site, we found master customer had a main line stoppage. We performed drain cleaning by running the large sewer machine through drain. Once the clogged line was cleared, we performed a camera inspection on the sewer line to ensure no further stoppage issues.

Responded to a call where after customer flushed the toilet, the toilet and shower both started gurgling and the shower actually starting backing up with sewage water. Once on site, we performed drain cleaning on the stopped up line, by pulling the toilet in the master bathroom to run the sewer machine to clear the soft blockage to resolve the issue.

Responded to call for hose spigot leaking at front of the home. Once customer turns the outside faucet on, it constantly leaks. Once we were on site, we determined hose spigot requires replacement. We installed a new hose bibb to resolve the issue.

Responded to call for one of our existing customers to replace the current shower faucet and head. Once on site, we installed the new shower head and shower head and new shower faucet with trim plate. We also found pressure for the home was very high. We installed a new PRV (pressure regulator valve) to resolve pressure issue as existing PRV was not repairable.

Responded to call for leak at meter. We found water near the tree in the front yard, so we pumped water out and watched for water flow. Didn't see water movement but it filled up very slowly. I dug 4 holes around the area to find 3 of them slowly filled up and one stayed dry, but I didn't see any water movement. The leak is slow and not coming straight out of the dirt with multiple trees around. Recommend customer contact a leak detection company to locate source of leak as most cost effective option and we will return to repair leak once located

Customer had contacted us to install a new toilet she had recently purchased. We returned today to install the new customer supplied toilet as well as remove an existing osmosis system. Current system was leaking and customer did not want to repair it.

We recently provided customer with a free quote to replace their existing thermal expansion tanks. Customer requested we return to replace the expansion tanks today. While on site, customer asked that we replace his hose spicket and also look at a pipe leaking. Found a pin hole leak on the copper water line. We repaired the pin hole leak on copper piping, replaced outside hose spicket and also replace two thermal expansion tanks.

Responded to a call for a homeowner's entire house backing up and toilet overflowing with sewage. They were unable to use any fixtures in the home without it overflowing at toilet. We were able to snake the sewer line from the toilet access point and clear stoppage.

Responded to a call for a high water bill. Found water softener was constantly pushing water out of the discharge line. Customer did not care to keep water softener so we removed and replumbed connections to solve high water bill issue.
