We responded to our customer after they reported signs of a water leak coming from the kitchen ceiling. After inspection, we cut and removed a small section of the sheetrock for access and discovered a pin hole leak in the copper water line above. The pipe had began to corrode, causing a small but steady drip. We cut out the damaged section of copper and installed a new copper pipe. Once the repair was completed, we turned the water back on thoroughly tested the line to confirm leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after they noticed their garbage disposal was humming but not grinding, indicating the blades were jammed. Upon inspection, we confirmed the blades were stuck and unable to rotate freely. We manually turned the blades to dislodge the obstruction, then ran water and tested the disposal. Once cleared, the unit powered on and is operating smoothly.

We responded to our customer due to replacing their shower cartridge causing inconsistent water temperature and pressure. We removed the old cartridge and installed a new Moen shower valve cartridge to restore smooth operation and prevent leak. While onsite, we also installed a customer supplied 8" widespread lavatory faucet in the bathroom sink. After both installations were complete, we tested all connections for leak free operation and confirmed proper water flow and temperature.

We completed a service visit that included the installation of a new garbage disposal flange and a customer supplied kitchen water filter system. We carefully removed the old flange, cleaned the sink opening, and installed a new flange with proper sealing to prevent any future leaks. We responded to our customer due to a leaking icemaker box that was dripping from the on and off handle. Once onsite, we inspected the are and we determined the existing box need to be replaced to prevent further water damage. We cut out the sheetrock around the box to access the plumbing connection. We took out the old icemaker box then installed a new icemaker box and secured it to the wall. Once the repair was complete, we set back the sheetrock around the icemaker. We then turned back on the water and performed a test for leak free operation.

We responded to our customer due to their kitchen countertop being replaced. Once onsite, to prepare for the new countertop installation, we disconnected all the plumbing connections, including the kitchen sink, faucet, drain assembly and garbage disposal. We shut off the water and capped. Once the countertop is set in place, we will return to connect the sink, faucet, disposal, reassemble the drain and P-trap and restore the water supply line.

We were called out after our customer noticed water leaking through the kitchen ceiling whenever the upstairs bathtub was used. Once onsite, we ran the water in the upstairs tub to confirm if this could be causing the leak. After inspection, we confirmed water was dripping from above. We cut open the sheetrock ceiling and found that the tub shoe fitting under the upstairs tub was leaking. We removed the damaged fitting and repaired the leaking tub shoe. After the repair was complete, we ran the bathtub multiple times to test for leak free operation.

Our customer accepted our plumbing quote to repair a underground PVC water line leak in the yard. Once onsite, we dug down and found a broken elbow fitting. We replaced the damaged pipe and sealed it with glue and primer. After glued dried we tested for any possible leaks.

Responded to our customer's home to perform a yearly maintenance on their exterior tankless water heater. Once on site, we performed the tankless flush with no issues.

Customer had contacted a leak detection company to locate a leak in the yard after a large amount of water accumulated in neighbor's driveway. We responded today to provided a quote to repair the exterior water line where the leak detection company had located the leak. We provided customer with a quote for a water line repair and are returning the following day to repair this leak.

Responded to customer's home for major water leak showing in neighbor's driveway. Customer had also received an extremely high water bill. After evaluation, checked the water meter to find meter spinning. Found a large portion of neighbor's driveway had water from customer's water line running into the driveway. Due to the large space of water, we are unable to locate this and recommended that customer contact leak detection company to locate the leak. Once leak is located, we can provide better recommendations on repair.

After recently replacing the gas control valve on a brand new 50 gallon gas water heater, the water heater stopped working again and customer was without hot water again. We spoke with the manufacturer they provided us with a new water heater to install for customer as current water heater must have manufacturer defect. We installed the new 50 gallon gas water heater under warranty for customer to resolve all issues.

Responded to customer's home for no hot water after having a new 50 gallon gas water heater installed Friday, only three days ago. After evaluation, we found the gas control valve for the new water heater was faulty and no longer working properly. We installed a new gas control valve to restore proper working hot water.

We recently serviced customer's home for a pressure issue when customer mentioned that the water was no longer getting hot as it used to. After evaluating the water heater, we found it is no longer working properly due to age. We provided customer with a quote to replace their current water heater. We returned today to perform this work. We removed the current water heater and installed a new 50 gallon gas water heater in the garage to resolve the hot water issue.

Responded to customer's home for a leak in the yard. After evaluation, we found a leak on the irrigation system and the system would not shut off completely. We hand dug the area to expose the broken section of water line underground. Once exposed, we installed a new section of water line. We also removed the old shut off valve that was no longer working properly and installed a new updated shut off valve to resolve the water leak and shut off capabilities.

Responded to home for loud knocking noise when the toilet is flushed and seemingly high pressure on other fixtures in home. Once on site, we determined the pressure to the home was excessive causing this knocking noise throughout the home. We installed a new pressure reducing valve and adjusted the pressure to the proper psi to resolve the high pressure and knocking noise in home.

Our customer had contacted us to install the new kitchen faucet that Kohler had sent them under warranty. The existing Kohler faucet was a new faucet that was no longer working properly and Kohler sent them a new faucet under warranty. Once on site, we removed the defective kitchen faucet and installed the new faucet with a new sensor so that customer was finally able to use their kitchen faucet again.

Responded to a call for a leak on the bathroom sink's water supply line. After evaluation, we removed the existing faucet supply lines and installed two new supply lines as well as updated the supply lines. We also removed a small debris stoppage in the bathroom sink to resolve sink stoppage issue and leak under bathroom sink issue.

Responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling. Once on site and after evaluation, we determined there is a copper water line leaking in the ceiling. We had to cut out a small section of sheetrock where the water spot was to gain access to the pipe. Once accessed, we located pin hole leak and repaired section of copper pipe to restore water to the property.

We have been working with our customer to restore her home after she had major water damage last year. Today, we arrived to install new hot and cold supply lines for her new vanity and connect the drain assembly. We also installed a new pedestal sink with new hot and cold water lines and connected drain assembly to complete remodel after restoration

Responded to a call for very low water pressure throughout entire home. Once on site, we evaluated pressure reducing valve and were able to increase pressure to 68psi to resolve issue for customer.

We recently provided our customer with a quote to repair several items in home. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new expansion tank, repaired hose spigot by replacing vacuum breaker, and making multiple repairs on leaking copper water lines going to kitchen to resolve all issues.

Customer had contacted us to quote replacing their water service line. Once on site, we discussed different options with customer and provided a quote to replace the water service line from the water meter to the house. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed a new water line from the meter to the house and connected new water line inside of the home with a new main shut off valve and a new pressure reducing valve.

After evaluation, we determined repairs needed and provided customer with a quote to replumb the water lines for his kitchen sink to correct the hot water issue, install a new thermal expansion tank, and repair the outside spigot. We are returning tomorrow to perform this work.

Customer had contacted us to help with their water heater replacement. Their current water heater is 18 years old and leaking from the tank itself. We arrived that afternoon and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater in the basement with a new thermal expansion tank, shut off valve, gas shut off valve, and new gas whip to resolve water heater leak issue.
