We responded to our customer Country Club Of The South Tennis Center due to issues with inconsistent water pressure affecting the facility. After evaluating the incoming water service, we determined that the existing 2" commercial pressure reducing valve was failing to properly regulate and maintain safe, steady water pressure throughout the building. We removed the outdated regulator and installed a new 2" commercial grade pressure reducing valve designed to handle the higher demand of multi fixture athletic facility. All connections were secured and tightened to code, and we performed a full pressure test to ensure the system was operating at optimal and consistent levels.

We recently provided our customer with a quote to repair an active leaking drain line, and we arrived today to complete the work. Once on site, we broke through the concrete to access and remove the damaged PVC drain lines that serviced two bathroom sinks. After exposing the area, we made the necessary repairs and tested the new piping to ensure everything was draining properly and leak free. We then poured new concrete to restore the floor where the drains were repaired. In addition to this, we removed tile to access a separate leak coming from the urinal drain line. We replaced the damaged section of the urinal drain and reconnected it to the main stack. After completing all repairs, we performed a final leak test to confirm proper operation throughout the system.

We responded to our customers home to repair an exterior water line that was leaking and causing reduced water pressure to the property. Upon arrival, we located the damaged section of piping by exposing the area and inspecting the water line for cracks, corrosion, or active water seepage. Once the leak was identified, we shut off the main water supply and removed the compromised section of pipe. We installed the new, durable piping with proper fittings to ensure a secure and long lasting repair. After completing the installation, we pressurized the system to confirm all connections were leak free and operating correctly. We also checked nearby plumbing components to ensure no additional issues were present. The exterior water line is now functioning properly and delivering full water flow to the home.

We responded to our customer Country Club Of The South after staff reported a strong sewage odor coming from the bathrooms and the nearby tennis court area. Upon arrival, we performed a thorough inspection of all restroom plumbing fixtures, floor drains, and venting to identify the source of the sewer smell. After evaluating both bathrooms and the exterior tennis court area, we determined the odor was originating from a broken cast iron drain line located where the line transitions into the concrete slab. This damaged section of pipe is allowing sewer gases to escape, resulting in the strong smell noticed by staff and guest. At this time, we have scheduled a return visit to remove the necessary section of concrete so we can fully access the failed drain line. Once exposed, we will repair or replace the damaged cast iron piping to restore proper drainage and eliminate the sewer gas intrusion.

We responded to our customer concerning a clogged floor drain inside a vehicle service building. Once onsite, we attempted to clear the blockage from three floor drains using two different cleaning machines. We determined the water level went down slightly, but the drain was still clogged. We then performed a camera line inspection from the back of the building and located the oil container lid, we were unable to open at this time. Further work will be needed to restore proper drainage.

We responded to our customers call regarding a backed up floor drain in the utility room that had caused standing water to accumulate on the floor. Upon arrival, we performed a full inspection and determined that drain line was obstructed by a blockage, restricting proper wastewater flow. Using our professional drain cleaning machine, we mechanically augered the line to break up and remove the clog. We then flushed and tested the system to ensure the drain line was flowing freely and draining at normal capacity. Once the obstruction was cleared, the floor drain returned to proper working condition with no further signs of backup. We also checked for additional restrictions to help prevent future issues.

We responded to our customer the Country Club Of The South after they contacted us regarding a stoppage at the ice machine drain in the woman's locker room. The staff had already attempted to snake the line themselves but were unable to clear the blockage. When we arrived, we inspected the system and found that the cast iron drain line was completely clogged, preventing any drainage from the ice machine. We disassembled the drain assembly to gain proper access to the line and then ran our sink machine through cast iron piping. During the cleaning, we pulled back a significant amount of hair, debris and buildup, which was the source of the stoppage. After clearing the obstruction, we reinstalled the drain assembly and checked for proper flow.

We were called out for a leak on a water main. Found leak to be on a 2" pvc irrigation line and landscaping crew will repair themselves.

Our customer at Country Club of the South had contacted us for a floor drain backing up in the boiler room as well as a complete stoppage in the bathrooms on a section of the golf course. Once on site, we were able to perform drain cleaning by running the large sewer machine on both drains to clear stoppages. Pulled out several golf balls out of the floor drain also.

Our customer is switching owners and recently had an inspection completed for insurance purposes. They had contacted us for a water heater evaluation due to numerous issues detected on the report. Once on site however, we determined the water heater in question is a boiler system and would require a boiler certified company.

Our customer has experienced numerous blockages on the sewer line at the golf course itself due to issues with the septic tank and components involved with the septic tank. Today we had a consultation with customer to discuss converting from septic to sewer. We are working with the customer and county to install a new sewer meter so we can install a new sewer line and discontinue septic tank service.

Responded to call for country club backing up at bathroom on golf course again. We performed drain cleaning on clogged drain line by running sewer machine. We performed a camera inspection as well on the sewer line to ensure the blockage at the septic tank was cleared. We also cleared the stoppage at the floor drain inside of one of the kitchens as well to resolve the issue.

We recently installed a new mop sink and mop sink basin for our customer at the County Club of the South for the kitchen located in the tennis courts. Customer had the tile wall and flooring behind and under the mop sink replaced. We returned today to install a new mop sink faucet to complete entire mop sink installation.

While on site installing a new mop sink for customer, they had a backup at one of the holes on the golf course. We rode on the golf cart with customer to the site. Once on site, we performed a drain cleaning on the stopped up line to resolve the issue.

We recently provided our customer at Country Club of the South with a proposal to install a new mop sink in the kitchen of the tennis courts. We returned today to perform this work. We had to chip up the concrete floor and installed new plumbing installations including new water and drain lines for mop sink with proper connections. Installed new mop sink basin. Once tile wall is replaced, we will return to install new mop sink faucet.

We had recently responded to a main line stoppage on the golf course for Country Club of the South. Once on site, we found this line was tied to a septic tank. After removing flower pot, we saw septic tank was completely full. Recommended customer contact a septic company. Once septic company pumped tank out, the customer was still experiencing a blockage. We returned same day to perform drain cleaning on main line stoppage. We removed toilet to access the sewer and run sewer machine. Was able to clear blockage to restore proper working order to bathrooms on golf course. After stoppage was cleared, we performed a camera inspection on the drain lines to confirm there were no other obstructions.

Responded to call for toilets on golf course of Country Club of the South backing up. Once on site, we were able to perform drain cleaning with large sewer machine and clear the stoppage.

Responded to call at Country Club of the South to perform drain cleaning for a sink backing up in the men's locker room. We disconnected the ptrap on the sink drain in order to run sink machine. After running sink machine, pulled back lots of sludge and cleared line. Cleaned sink and drain for customer as a courtesy.

We responded to a call within the County Club of the South where the kitchen's dish pit area had water backing up. We were able to clear the stoppage and restore normal business operations.
