We responded to our customer due to them noticing a leak under the kitchen sink. Upon inspection, we found issues with the existing drain configuration connected to the garbage disposal. We cut and reworked the two inch PVC drain piping to allow for a proper and code compliant connection. A new p-trap was installed along with an air admittance valve to ensure proper drainage and venting. We also installed a new disposal outlet so the drain could run straight down into the trap, reducing the risk of future leaks or backups. All drain connections were aligned and securely fastened for proper flow. Once the repairs were complete, we ran the water and tested the entire assembly to confirm proper drainage and leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after they noticed they had standing water in their crawl space. Upon arrival, we inspected all visible plumbing lines, drain pipes, and fixtures to check for possible leaks. After thoroughly testing the water lines, we found no active plumbing leaks anywhere in the system. Further inspection revealed that water was seeping through the wood framing underneath the front porch, likely from groundwater or rain water intrusion rather than a plumbing issue. We advised our customer that this is a drainage related problem, not a leak from the plumbing system. To prevent future water build up, we recommended improving grading or adding proper drainage around the porch area. No plumbing repairs were needed at this time.

We responded to our customers home to investigate water seeping into the basement around the main water service line. Once on site, we performed a detailed inspection to locate the exact source of the leak. We determined that the water line was leaking inside the foundation wall where the pipe meets the concrete. This type of leak can allow water to travel along the wall and enter the basement area. To resolve the issue, we removed damaged section of the pipe running through the foundation. We then installed a new section of the water line and ensured it was properly sealed at the wall penetration. After completing the repair, we tested the system to confirm everything was operating leak free.

We responded our customer Mellow Mushroom in Hiram, GA for an issue with their commercial kitchen faucet in the dishwashing area. The existing faucet was leaking heavily and had begun to separate from the wall, making it difficult for staff to use safely. Our customer had already purchased a new commercial grade faucet and requested installation. After evaluating the setup, we removed the failing faucet, ensuring all mounting points were secure and properly aligned for heavy use in a restaurant environment. During installation, we also replaced the water supply line feeding into the faucet to ensure a reliable and leak free connection. Once completed, we tested the faucet for proper operation, flow, and stability.

Our customer contacted us after discovering a leak coming from their shower drain. Once on site, we evaluated the issue and determined that the seal on the shower drain assembly had weakened, allowing water to escape during use. We recommended re-puttying the shower to restore a watertight seal and prevent further leaking. After discussing the repair, our customer chose to complete the re-puttying themselves. At this time, no additional plumbing work was required. We advised our customer to monitor the drain, and we will be happy to return if the leak continues or if further assistance is needed.

Customer had recently contacted us to install a new mop sink in the back of the restaurant area. We arrived today to perform this work. We installed new hot and cold water lines with shut off valves, a new mop sink faucet, and a new mop sink to complete installation.

Responded to a call for a leaking shower faucet. Customer has tried to repair the shower faucet himself but cannot complete the repair without the proper materials. Once on site, we helped customer by finishing the cartridge replacement to resolve the leak on the shower faucet. We also found the pressure to the home to be extremely high and this is why the fixtures are leaking in their new home, less than 4 years old. We are providing customer with a quote to install a new pressure reducing valve. Homeowner is going to try to resolve with the builder under the home's warranty.

Responded to home for a leak at the top of the water heater. Once on site, found water heater is leaking from the top of the tank at the water line entry point and requires replacement due to location of leak. Water heater is still under warranty through the manufacturer. We provided customer with a quote to install a new water heater under warranty. Customer wants to contact the manufacturer though to see if they can assist with the installation of the new water heater since it is still a very very new unit.

Customer had recently contacted us for a new water heater. Their current water heater was leaking from the tank. After speaking with customer and obtaining the water heater details, we were able to provide a proposal via phone for a new 50 gallon gas water heater with a protection plus kit. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed customer's existing water heater and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with a second anode rod extending the manufacturer's warranty an additional 4 years.

Responded to a call for leak in the kitchen area and in bar ceiling area. Once on site, found severely corroded copper water lines in ceiling leaking into bar below. We returned the following morning before they opened so it did not interfere with their business operations to replace this section of copper water line to resolve issue.

Responded to call for commercial establishment's floor drain in dish pit backing up causing dirty water to overflow in kitchen/dishwasher area. Ran sewer machine in floor drain. Pulled back mop strings and other minimal debris. Recommended installing a floor drain screen to prevent debris from entering floor drain.
