Customer was complaining of sewer gas smell in basement. Found smell strongest in basement bath by sewer ejector pump. sealed pumped lid with foam first for process of elimination. If smell goes away, pump lid will have to be replaced with new seals.

We responded to our customer regarding low water pressure in the shower located at the back of the house. Once on site, we ran both hot and cold sides, we found the issue is isolated to the hot water line, which is not producing adequate pressure. Further diagnosis will be needed to determine the cause. We will be sending an estimate to our customer with options to resolve the issue and proper water flow.

We responded to our customer due to replacing an existing toilet with a customer supplied toilet. Once onsite, we removed the old toilet, inspected the flange and wax seal for proper condition and prepared the area for the new installation. We then set the new toilet onto the flange, aligning the bolts and ensuring the toilet is properly seated and leveled. Once the toilet was secured, we connected the water supply line, turned the water back on and tested for leak free operation.

We were called out after our customer noticed there was a leak near the water fountain. Once onsite, we determined that the bottle filler attached to the water fountain is leaking whenever the water is turned on. During inspection, we also discovered the water heater is leaking as well. We advised the customer on repair and replacement options to stop the leaks and prevent any additional water damage.

We were called out after our customer noticed a higher than usual water bill. Once onsite, we flushed the toilet several times and didn't find any leaks or running water. To double check, we inspected the water meter with all water fixtures turned off and confirmed there was no movement indicating no active water flow or ongoing leak at this time.

We where called out to run a new gas gas line for pool heater.

We responded to our customer to complete a plumbing update involving the relocation of the toilet drainage and shower drain to better suit the remodel. As part of the remodel, we also installed a new shower valve to ensure improved functionality and water flow control. Once installation was complete, we thoroughly tested the system for leaks.

Customer had contacted us believing that his hose spigot was connected to the hot water line and was producing hot water. After evaluation found that outside faucet was in fact connected to the hot water line. We disconnected the hot water line from the spigot and connected to the cold water line of the plumbing system to restore proper working order to the outside faucet.

Responded to customer's home for leak below the kitchen sink and shower faucet leaking when off. After evaluation, we found the hot and cold shut off valves for the kitchen sink faucet handles had broken off and were leaking. We replaced both hot and cold shut off valves for the kitchen faucet to resolve issue. After evaluation of the shower handle, we found the cartridge had gone bad and was allowing water to leak out of the handle. We installed a new shower cartridge to resolve the issue.

Our customer had contacted us to discuss replacing their current 50 gallon electric water heater. The current water heater is 20 years old. They are also having an issue with no water pressure from the tub faucet. No other faucet in the home is having this issue. After discussing multiple options, we recommended replacing the water heater first before deciding on the faucet repair as replacing the water heater may fix this issue. Since the tub faucet releases the most volume of water, it could simply be that the sediment from the old water heater is causing a blockage on the tub faucet. We arrived today to perform this work. We removed customer's existing water heater and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater with a new cold water shut off valve and a new thermal expansion tank. Once the new water heater was installed, the tub faucet was no longer providing little to no pressure, it was working properly as should.

Responded to customer's home for a leak in the crawl space and no hot water. After evaluation, found the water lines connecting to the water heater were leaking. The water heater is also very old and leaking but the customer wanted to only repair the water lines for now then have us come back at a later date to replace the water heater. We installed new hot and cold water lines from the water heater with a new shut off valve as well. When we return we will credit part of today's visit towards the water heater replacement since we upgraded the water lines and shut off valve.

Responded to a call where a heating and air technician had recently visited the property and was unable to clear the stoppage in the ac drain line. Once on site, we were able to determine the drain line was clogged with spray foam. We were able to perform a drain cleaning and remove the spray foam to clear the stoppage and resolve the situation.

Responded to call for a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, found the basement drop ceiling tile has a wet spot on it. We removed the tile and found the condensation line for the AC unit was leaking onto the ceiling below. We removed the section of leaking condensate line and found line extremely clogged and cause of leak. We installed a new section of pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to a call for a strong sewer smell in basement when it rains. Once on site, we inspected the drain lines for traps to block the smell but was unable to locate any plumbing lines that could lead to the smell in the basement. While on site, we also inspected customer's shower due to shower not having proper pressure. We were able to clean the screen on the shower head and return pressure to normal.

Responded to a call for new tankless water heater not working properly. Once on site, we determined the new tankless has a malfunctioning control board. Manufacturer promptly sent us a new board and we returned today to install to resolve issue. Tankless is working properly.

Responded to a call for a newer tankless water heater not working properly and homeowners were having to reset the unit everyday. Once on site, we were able to troubleshoot tankless unit with manufacturer and determined a new control board is required. Manufacturer will send new control board and we will replace once arrived.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their thermal expansion tank. Their PRV had gone bad causing the pressure in the home to be very high which damaged the thermal expansion tank. We also provided a quote to repair the tub faucet. We returned today to perform this work. We installed a new thermal expansion tank and repaired the tub faucet by replacing both cartridges, seats and springs.

Responded to call for leak in ceiling he believes that is coming from the bathroom above. Once on site, determined the shower drain is cracked and leaking into the ceiling below when customer uses this shower. We installed a new tub and shower drain to resolve issue.

Responded to a call for customer getting no hot water throughout the home. Once on site, we found the water heater was very old and no longer cost effective to repair due to age. We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon electric water heater with a new thermal expansion tank to resolve the no hot water issue.

Responded to home for a leaking outside faucet and converting stove from gas to electric. Once on site, determined outside spigot is broken and leaking constantly when on. Customer also wanted to switch to an electric stove. We provided a quote for these plumbing repairs and returned today to perform this work. We replaced a broken hose spigot in the front of the home and properly secured it to the home. We also removed the existing gas line for the stove and capped the line so customer could convert to an electric stove.

Customer had recently contacted us to discuss new water heaters. His current 65 gallon electric water heater is no longer working properly and also past it's lifetime at 15 years old. After providing customer with several options, they opted to have us come today to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater with a new thermal expansion tank and safety drip pan as well as a new Rheem water heater booster to almost double the output of hot water to the home.

Responded to call for toilet constantly running even after customer had turned the water off to the toilet. Customer said she also has a whistling noise coming from the toilet area. Once on site, we determined the pressure to the home is very high causing fixtures to leak and the shut off valve for the toilet is not working properly allowing the water to still fill up in the toilet which is also contributing to the whistling noise customer is hearing. We installed a new pressure regulator valve for customer, a new fill valve, shut off valve and fill valve for toilet to resolve all issues.

Responded to call where customer is looking for a quote to replace her current water heater. She bought a new water heater about five years ago and wanted to see how much it would be to replace her current water heater with this water heater. We provided customer with a free quote to replace her current water heater with this water heater.

Responded to call where homeowner had a couple of plumbers out prior to us coming out that could not determine a good spot for the new outside faucet he wanted. Once on site, we were able to pinpoint a great location for the owner to be able to easily access his outside faucet and hose. We installed a new water line through exterior wall to connect to existing water line in the basement in order to install the new hose bibb for customer.
