Job Locations and Reviews
We responded to our customer because they were not getting hot water at their kitchen faucet. Upon arrival, after inspecting the supply lines, we discovered that the hot water pipe feeding the kitchen had been mistakenly tied to the cold side plumbing, preventing hot water from reaching the fixture. We disconnected the incorrect line, rerouted the hot water pipe, and securely connected it to the proper hot side piping. Once the correction was made, we flushed the lines at the kitchen faucet to restore full hot and cold water functionality. We then inspected all connections for leak free operation and verified proper temperature at the fixture.
We responded to our customer when they noticed signs of a possible garbage disposal leak underneath kitchen sink . Upon arrival, to locate the source, we ran water through the line and inspected all visible plumbing connections. During our inspection, we found that the washer on a PVC pipe fitting had deteriorated and was no longer sealing the joint properly. We removed the old worn down washer and replaced it with a brand one. After completing the repair, we ran a full water test to check for nay additional leaks or drips.
We responded to our customer to investigate a no hot water issue in the lower kitchen of building. Once on site, we traced the hot water line from the kitchen and found that it ties into the recirculation pump located in the water heater room. Upon arrival, we discovered that the recirculating pump was unplugged, which can prevent hot water from circulating properly though the system. After plugging back the pump back in and running water for about an hour, there was still no hot water reaching the kitchen fixture. We tested the valve located above the pump and found that shutting it off also stopped water flow to the kitchen's hot side, confirming the two are connected. Further troubleshooting will be needed to determine if the issue is with the pump or the recirculation itself. We plan to return and continue testing when the building is empty so we can safely turn the water on and off without interrupting daily use.
We were called out by our customer to install a new Pentair prototype whole house water system. Once onsite, we installed the unit on the main water supply line, ensuring proper inlet/outlet orientation, secure connections and pressure tested all fittings for leaks.
We responded to our customers home to install a new three way bypass on the main water line in the basement. This bypass will allow the homeowner to easily accommodate a future whole home water filtration system. During installation, we shut down the main water supply, cut into the existing water line, and installed the new valves and fittings needed for proper bypass operation. All plumbing connections were securely tightened, sealed, aligned to ensure smooth water flow. After completing the installation, we restored water to the home and tested the entire assembly for proper function and leak free operation.
We responded to our customers commercial business to install a new PRV to help regulate and stabilize incoming water pressure throughout the building. This upgrade will protect the plumbing system from excessive pressure and extend the life of fixtures and appliances. In addition, we replaced all toilet shut off valves and supply lines to ensure reliable operations and prevent potential leaks. After all installations were completed, we thoroughly tested each connections. We confirmed leak free operation across all components. The plumbing system is now operating as intended.
We responded to our customer to perform drain cleaning after our customer noticed slow drain fixtures and gurgling sounds coming from multiple drain. Upon arrival, we ran an extensive sewer camera inspection to evaluate the blockage and overall condition of the drain system. The camera inspection helped us locate areas of build up, scale and possible root intrusion. After inspection, we performed a drain cleaning to clear the main sewer line and restore proper flow. Once completed, we verified that the line was flowing properly.
Our customer had contacted us to clear the main line at one of his preschools. He had received a call that two of the toilets in one of the rooms was backing up and overflowing, into another classroom. Once on site, determined the main line was backing and toilet needed to be pulled to access sewer line. Toilet shut off valve was not working properly and would not allow us to turn off the water to pull the toilet. In order to replace the toilet shut off valves we had to turn the water off to the school. Once the water was off, we replaced the toilet shut off valves. We also removed the toilet to perform the drain cleaning. We pulled back mop string debris once fully removed drain line was flowing properly. We reset the toilet and all issues were resolved.
We are helping one of our nonprofit organizations remodel a bathroom. We have recently completed the rough portion of the bathroom remodel where all plumbing was updated and relocated. Today, we arrived to perform the trim out portion of the bathroom remodel. We installed a new toilet, bathroom sink faucet and connected drain assembly as well as a new shower faucet with rainhead and handheld.
We responded to our customer due to both toilets in the classroom being backed up. Once onsite, to properly access the drain line and clear the blockage, we removed both toilets from their bases. Using drain cleaning tool, we cleared the obstruction and restored proper flow through the waste line. Once the blockage was fully cleared, we reinstalled both toilets with new wax seals to ensure a proper connection. After reinstallation, we performed a test for leak free operation.
