installed a 3 way bypass on main water line in basement for future filtration system.
We responded to our customers commercial business to install a new PRV to help regulate and stabilize incoming water pressure throughout the building. This upgrade will protect the plumbing system from excessive pressure and extend the life of fixtures and appliances. In addition, we replaced all toilet shut off valves and supply lines to ensure reliable operations and prevent potential leaks. After all installations were completed, we thoroughly tested each connections. We confirmed leak free operation across all components. The plumbing system is now operating as intended.
Our customer had contacted us to clear the main line at one of his preschools. He had received a call that two of the toilets in one of the rooms was backing up and overflowing, into another classroom. Once on site, determined the main line was backing and toilet needed to be pulled to access sewer line. Toilet shut off valve was not working properly and would not allow us to turn off the water to pull the toilet. In order to replace the toilet shut off valves we had to turn the water off to the school. Once the water was off, we replaced the toilet shut off valves. We also removed the toilet to perform the drain cleaning. We pulled back mop string debris once fully removed drain line was flowing properly. We reset the toilet and all issues were resolved.
We are helping one of our nonprofit organizations remodel a bathroom. We have recently completed the rough portion of the bathroom remodel where all plumbing was updated and relocated. Today, we arrived to perform the trim out portion of the bathroom remodel. We installed a new toilet, bathroom sink faucet and connected drain assembly as well as a new shower faucet with rainhead and handheld.
we pulled the Toilet to access the drain line and clear the blockage for both toilets in the classroom. after the blockage is cleared, we reinstalled both toilets and tested for leak free operation.
We work with a nonprofit organization that remodels bedrooms and bathrooms for special needs families. Today, we arrived to perform the rough portion of a bathroom remodel for one of the families in Cumming, GA. We relocated the water and drain lines for the toilet and vanity to accommodate new bathroom layout as well as installed a new shower valve and reconfigured tub drain into a shower drain to accommodate new curbless shower.
Customer contacted us to discuss a new project they are ready to begin for installing a bathroom in their basement. Once on site, we discussed the different options required to install a new bathroom in the basement and provided customer with a proposal for the different options. We are currently working with homeowner on a project start date.

We are helping this customer remodel and finish his basement bathroom. We've cut concrete and installed new drain lines and new water lines for toilet, sink, and shower. We are returning today to perform the trim out portion of the bathroom remodel and installing new customer supplied toilet, bathroom faucet, and shower faucet and head.
Customer was in the middle of remodeling multiple bathrooms and fired his existing contractors. He requested we come to the property to review everything and provide him a quote with options to repair the new plumbing and finish the plumbing. We are currently working with the customer to resolve the situation.
