We disconnected the basement stove and checked on a few other plumbing issues the customer had.
We performed the yearly maintenance on the tankless water heater. we descale the unit, cleaned the filters and visually inspected the inside the cover.
We cleared a blockage on a double lavatory in the public bathroom. Then we also repaired the sloan flush valve in the adjacent bathroom. Once work was completed, we tested for leak free operation.
The upstairs bathtub leaks when used into the living room. We found that the tub shoe is leaking. We removed and installed the tub shoe and then tested for leak free operation.

Responded to a call for a garbage disposal no longer working properly and possibly leaking. Once on site, found that garbage disposal was no longer working properly and had been leaking for quite some time. We installed a new Badger garbage disposal to resolve the issue.
Responded to our customer's home to perform the annual maintenance on the exterior tankless water heater that we installed last year. We properly performed the maintenance, flushing the unit and cleaning all filters for optimal performance.
Our customer in an historic building in Atlanta with numerous tenants reached out to us regarding an issue they are having with what seems to be the restaurant overflowing grease into their basement area. Since the restaurant claimed it was not from their lines, our customer was then required to have all of their main lines in the basement camera'd to determine where the blockage source is located. We arrived today to perform the camera inspection on 5 different drain lines and determined the leak is in fact coming from the restaurant's grease trap and main drain line.
Our customer had contacted us to perform a camera inspection on the drain system for a home her clients are purchasing to determine if there are any issues with the drain system before purchasing the home. Once on site, we pulled the toilet to access the sewer line and performed the camera inspection. We found no issues with the current sewer line in our inspection. Once we were complete with the camera inspection, we reset the toilet and caulked to the floor.
