The womans handicap stall isn't flushing properly. We turned the water off to replace the diaphragm. Afterwards, we turned on the water to check for proper leak free operation.
We responded to our customer to a service call for insufficient hot water at the sinks in both the men's and women's bathrooms. Upon arrival, we found the existing InstaHot units were no longer heating water effectively. To restore proper hot water availability, we removed the old units and installed new InstaHot water dispensers. All water supply and electrical connections were made according to manufacturer specifications. Once installations were complete, we powered on the new units and allowed them to reach operating temperature. We tested each sink to confirm consistent hot water delivery. Both bathrooms now have reliable hot water and the new InstaHot units are functioning as designed.

We responded to our customers home to repair a Kohler toilet located in the guest bedroom that was experiencing flushing issues. Upon inspection, we found the flush seal inside the toilet tank was worn and no longer sealing properly. We shut off the water supply and drained the tank, and removed the old flush seal. A new Kohler flush seal was installed to restore proper flushing performance and prevent water from leaking past the valve. After completing the installation, we turned the water back on and refilled the tank. We flushed the toilet multiple times and inspected all components for proper operation. The toilet is now functioning correctly and operating leak free.
We responded to our customers after being notified that there was no hot water in the women's restroom. Upon inspection, we found that the flow sensor was clogged with debris, restricting proper water flow through the system. After clearing the sensor, we continued our diagnostic testing and discovered that the heating element had failed. A failed heating element prevents the unit from producing hot water as intended. We discussed this with our customer and explained the necessary repairs. The replacement parts have been ordered to correct the issues. We will return once the parts arrive to complete the repair and restore hot water service.

We responded to our customers home after they reported that the shower water was not getting hot, the handheld sprayer was leaking, and the diverter was not functioning properly. Once on site, we inspected the shower valve assembly to diagnose the issues. We found that internal components within the valve and diverter were not operating as intended, which was affecting both temperature control and water flow. We disassembled the shower valve, inspected all internal parts, and corrected the issues causing the malfunction. After servicing the valve, we reassembled everything and secured all connections. We then tested the shower to ensure proper hot water delivery, smooth diverter operation, and no leaks from handheld sprayer.
We responded to our customer to our customer to add a new irrigation connection connection to the homes water main to properly supply their lawn sprinkler system. From our main water supply line, we installed a dedicated tie in and added a double check valve backflow preventer to protect the homes drinking water from potential cross contamination. This setup ensures proper water pressure, safe operation, and full code compliant backflow protection for the irrigation system. All the connections were secured, sealed, and supported for future leaks or line stress. Once installation was complete, we thoroughly tested the system for leak free performance and verified correct flow to the irrigation zones.
We where called out to turn on main gas valve for odd numbered condos fireplacs. Also lit and tested all gas logs.
We responded to our customer to restore gas service by turning on the main gas valve for the odd numbered condos fireplaces. Upon arrival, we opened the main gas valve and inspected the gas piping for proper operation. Each fireplace was individually lit, and all gas logs were sets were tested to confirm proper ignition and flame pattern. We checked for gas leaks at all accessible connections, to ensure safe operation. Air was purged from the lines as needed to achieve consistent ignition. Once testing was complete, we verified that all fireplaces were operating correctly.
We responded to our customers home to complete the installation of a new Rinnai tankless water heater. Upon arrival, we removed the existing water heater, we prepared the plumbing, gas, and venting connections to meet manufacturers specifications and local code requirements. We then installed a properly sized gas line to provide the necessary BTU capacity for the tankless system. We connected the water lines using isolation valves to allow for future maintenance and reliable operation. The venting system was installed and secured to ensure safe exhaust of combustion gases. Once installation was complete, we filled and purged the system, restored gas and water service, and performed start up testing. We then tested for consistent hot water delivery and efficient operation throughout the home.
We responded to our customers home to install a gas line add on in preparation for a new Rinnai tankless water heater installation. After evaluating the existing gas system, we determined the current gas line was undersized and would not provide sufficient BTU capacity for the tankless unit. To ensure safe and efficient operation, we installed a new dedicated gas line properly sized to meet the manufacturer's specifications. All gas piping connections were installed to code and properly supported. Once completed, we pressure tested the new gas line to confirm there were no leaks. Gas service was restored, and final checks were performed to verify proper gas flow.
