We arrived to no hot water in the womans restroom. we found that the flow sensor was clogged with debris and afterwards, found that the heating element has gone bad. we will order replacement parts and return when they arrive.

The water wasn't hot, the hand held sprayer was leaking and the diverter wasn't working in the shower. We took apart the valve and put everything back together and it's working properly now.
We responded to our customer to our customer to add a new irrigation connection connection to the homes water main to properly supply their lawn sprinkler system. From our main water supply line, we installed a dedicated tie in and added a double check valve backflow preventer to protect the homes drinking water from potential cross contamination. This setup ensures proper water pressure, safe operation, and full code compliant backflow protection for the irrigation system. All the connections were secured, sealed, and supported for future leaks or line stress. Once installation was complete, we thoroughly tested the system for leak free performance and verified correct flow to the irrigation zones.
We where called out to turn on main gas valve for odd numbered condos fireplacs. Also lit and tested all gas logs.

We responded to our customer to install new fixtures and repair a leak in the home. Once on site, we removed the existing toilets in both the master bathroom and guest bathroom and installed new toilets to ensure proper flushing performance and updated sealing at the floor. During our visit, we also replaced the washing machine box to provide secure and reliable water supply connections for the laundry area. While inspecting the supply lines, we located a small pinhole leak and repaired it to prevent further water loss and damage. After all installations and repairs were completed, we turned the water back on and performed a full system check for leaks.
We responded to our customer to complete the shower repair and address the leaking shower valve. The existing gate valves for the master shower were older and not functioning properly, which made isolating the shower difficult and increased the risk of future leaks. We removed both gate valves and replaced them with new quarter turn shut off valves to provide smoother operation and more reliable control of the water supply. After securing the shut off valves, we replaced the shower cartridge to restore proper water flow and temperature regulation. Once all parts were installed, we turned the water back on and performed a full leak inspection at all connections.

We responded to our customers home due to our customer noticing water on the floor between the sink and toilet. Once on site, we ran all water fixtures, including the sink, toilet, and shower, to ensure proper operation and water flow. After testing, all three fixtures are functioning as they should with no signs of leaks or issues at this time. We will return if issues reoccur.
