The customer has a smell in one of the bathroom showers. we found that the drain line has backfall and could be the cause of the smell when they run hot water in the shower.
We were called out for a residential lift station not working properly. Found floats needing to be replaced. Will submit proposal.
We have been helping this customer with remodeling his bathroom. We had recently completed everything except installing the new vanity. When the last one came, it was scratched on the side so they had to deliver a different vanity. We returned today to connect the water and drain lines for the new vanity and installed the new lavatory faucet for vanity.

We recently performed an inspection on a 65 unit condo association in Atlanta and provided recommendations for each unit. This customer had reached out to us to have the recommendations for her unit replaced. We arrived today to replace the shut off valve under the bathroom vanity to a new shut off valve. We also performed drain cleaning on a stopped up shower drain.
We recently installed a new backflow device for one of our customer's commercial location and returned today to perform backflow test on new device.
Responded to call for a toilet leaking at the shut off valve when the tenant flushes the toilet. Once on site, found the back of the toilet's porcelain bowl had broken off so every time they flushed, it was leaking out of the back of the toilet. This is unrepairable and requires replacement. We furnished and installed a new Kohler toilet with new wax ring and toilet supply line to resolve issue.
We recently provided customer with a quote to replace their current 40 gallon gas water heater with a new 40 gallon gas water heater. Water heater is located in the laundry room of unit with limited space so customer requested to stay with a 40 gallon as opposed to a 50 gallon for the same price. We returned today and installed a new Rheem, 40 gallon gas water heater with all necessary water heater code upgrades.
65 Unit Plumbing Inspection Completed. Operated all plumbing installations and fixtures (excluding water heater and thermal expansion tank) and tested for proper leak free operations. Visual inspection of shut off valves, water line and drain line openings, and water heater and thermal expansion tank.

Responded to call for lift station not working properly and consistently flooding the car wash area. After evaluation, we provided a quote to customer for a new lift station system as requested and are currently working with the customer on new system.
Responded to call for customer interested in having a wifi module installed on their existing tankless water heater and they requested we inspect their newly remodeled bathrooms due to their shower not receiving sufficient hot water temperatures. We installed the new Rinnai wifi module on their existing Rinnai tankless water heater so they can now control the temperature through the app on their phone. We also evaluated the newly remodeled bathrooms and found the shower temperature was set incorrectly. We adjusted the temperature to resolve the issue.
