We responded to our customers home due to our customer noticing water on the floor between the sink and toilet. Once on site, we ran all water fixtures, including the sink, toilet, and shower, to ensure proper operation and water flow. After testing, all three fixtures are functioning as they should with no signs of leaks or issues at this time. We will return if issues reoccur.
We responded to our customer due to a broken toilet that needed replacement. Upon arrival, we confirmed the toilet was broken and needed replacement. Web removed the existing unit and installed a new Kohler Cimarron toilet in its place. During installation, we ensured the wax seal and supply connections were properly set for a secure fit. Once installation was completed, we turned the water back on and tested the toilet for proper operation.
We responded to our customer due to a leak found in the ceiling hallway. Upon inspection, we discovered a broken section of 4" PVC drain pipe that was allowing water to escape into the ceiling cavity. We cut out the damaged section of the pipe and installed a new section of the 4" PVC, securing it with couplings. Once the repair was complete, we ran water through the line to test leaks.
We responded to our customer due to their tankless water heater showing an error code 12, which indicates a flame failure issue. After inspecting the unit, we found buildup on the flame rods. We cleaned the flame rods and burner assembly. Then we restarted the system to confirm operation. To ensure long term reliability, we'll be ordering and sending replacement parts under the manufacturer's warranty. Once the parts arrive, we'll return to install them and complete the repair.
We responded to our customer due to their tankless water heater making a beeping noise. Upon arrival, we checked for past error codes and performed a diagnostic. During the inspection we found that the condensation pipe was holding water, fixed the condensate flow, and then tested the heater to make sure everything was working. Heater passed our tests and no new error codes showed.

We responded to our customer due to repairs and upgrades on the irrigation system. Once onsite, we located the service line and dug down to access and replace the main shut off valve that was no longer working properly. Once the new valve was installed, we also installed a backflow prevention device. Once installation was complete, we ran a test for leak free operation. To provide long term protection and easy access, we installed two metal valve boxes around the shut off and backflow device. After everything was completed, we backfilled and buried the hole.
We came out to our customers home to replace the fill valve on the main floor toilet due to signs of wear and inconsistent water filling. We removed the old valve and installed a new, high quality replacement to restore proper function. After installation, we tested the connections to ensure there were no leaks.

We were called out to our customers home to perform preventive plumbing maintenance at the property. As a part of this service, we replaced all emergency shut off valves under the sinks to ensure reliable operation in the event of a plumbing issue. Additionally, we repaired the lavatory drain to correct a minor leak and restore proper drainage. All work was completed successfully, and the system is now functioning as intended.
We responded to a customer due to bathroom renovation. As part of the ongoing bathroom renovation, we began by disconnecting and removing the existing supply and drain lines. We then relocated the hot and cold water lines, as well as the water piping, to align the new fixture layout. A new shower valve with diverter was installed to accommodate both the shower head and future handheld attachment. All copper and PEX connections were properly secured using crimp rings and sweat fittings. Once completed, we tested for leak free operation.
Responded to customers home for a water leak in the ceiling as well as capping a discontinued gas line. After evaluation, we determined water leak in the ceiling is coming from the condensation line in from the ac unit located in the attic. We also disconnected the discontinued the gas stove in basement and capped the gas line for stove.
