We were called out to inspect a water leak at the meter and found the issue was coming from a damaged copper water line connected to the service. Upon arrival, after exposing the area, we located the compromised section of copper piping that was allowing water to escape. We cut out the damaged portion and installed a new section of copper pipe, securing all the fittings and connections to ensure a long lasting repair. Once the repair was complete, we restored water pressure and tested the line for leaks at the meter and along the nearby service line.

We responded to our customer due to water pooling near the playground area, indicating a possible underground leak. Upon arrival, to locate the source, we moved back the turf and dug down to expose the plumbing beneath. Once the area was opened, we discovered that the irrigation system was leaking from a damaged black rubber supply tube. Since irrigation systems require specialized components and adjustments, we recommended an irrigation company complete the repair to ensure long term reliability. To stop the active leak and prevent further water loss or ground saturation, we turned off the irrigation system. After securing the area, we backfilled the hole and restored the turf to its original position. Also during our visit, we found the meter box completely full of water. We pumped out the standing water and turned the water back on to locate the source of the leak. After testing, we determined there was an active water leak on the copper line just after the water meter.

We responded to our customers home to complete a full plumbing rough in as part of their bathroom remodel, which required relocating several fixtures to fit the new layout. Once on site, we began by removing the existing lavatory and rerouting the drain and supply lines approximately two feet to match the new vanity location. We then relocate the shower drain and repositioned the P-trap so it would properly line up with the new shower base. The toilet rough in also needed to be shifted about six feet to accommodate the redesigned floor plan, so we installed the closet bend piping and secured the new flange location. All drain, waste, and vent connection were fitted, glued, and checked for proper alignment. Once the rough in adjustments were complete, we pressurized the supply lines and ran water through the drains to verify leak free operation.

We responded to our customer to install a customer supplied 8" lavatory faucet with a pop up drain assembly. The existing faucet was outdated and beginning to show signs of wear, so our customer chose to upgrade to a newer model. Once on site, we removed the old faucet and drain assembly, cleaned the sink surface and installed the new faucet and pop up assembly according to manufacturer specifications. All water supply lines and connections were tightened and properly sealed. Once the installation was complete, we restored water pressure and tested the faucet and drain for leak free operation.

We responded to our customer to replace both shut off valves for the pedestal sink located in the powder room. Once on site, we inspected the existing valves and determined the were worn and no longer sealed properly. We removed the old worn shut off valves and installed new ones to ensure reliable water control. Once the installation was complete, we turned the water back on and thoroughly tested the valves and supply lines for leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after they reported their shower wasn't draining properly and the water supply wasn't functioning. Upon inspection, we found the shower drain was clogged and the existing supply lines were not delivering water. We cleared the blockage from the drain and replaced the faulty supply lines with new ones. Once the installation was completed, we tested the system to ensure proper water flow and confirmed everything was leak free.

Our customer had contacted us to clear a toilet stoppage at one of his schools. He had tried using a toilet auger to clear the toilet stoppage thinking it was just a toy or some small object that was blocking the toilet. Once on site we removed the toilet and ran the auger through the toilet but the blockage was not in the toilet but was in the line, we then performed a drain cleaning by running the large sewer machine through the toilet drain line. We cleared soft blockage and reset toilet to resolve stoppage issue. We pulled the toilet to run the drain machine down, then reset the toilet and tested for proper leak free operation.

Our customer had contacted us because their water heater had busted the night before and leaked everywhere in the basement. He was able to turn the water off to the heater and drain the water heater to stop the active leak. Once on site, we examined the water heater and found the water heater had busted at the bottom of the heater due to age and rust. We removed the existing 50 gallon gas water heater and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater with a new shut off valve and a new thermal expansion tank to upgrade the homeowner's existing water heater and resolve the leaking water heater for them.

We recently responded to a call for a leak in the yard. Once on site, we found that homeowner's water line is leaking underneath their sidewalk. We provided homeowner with an option to reroute the water line so it is no longer under the sidewalk as well as an option to repair the water line under the sidewalk. Customer opted to make the repair under the sidewalk. We returned today to perform this work. We cut the concrete sidewalk and exposed water line. Once water line was exposed, we installed a new section of piping to resolve the leak and placed the section of cut concrete back in place at customer's request.

Responded to call for high water bill and a toilet running constantly. Once on site, we determined the basement toilet is running constantly due to parts wearing out with age. We installed a new fill valve and flapper for toilet as well as a new supply line for toilet to resolve issues.

Responded to call for outside hose spicket not working properly. Once on site, we found outside faucet was stripped which was not allowing customer to add any hose or attachments to the faucet. We were able to replace the faucet to resolve the issue.

Responded to call for a leak in the ceiling. After running water in several fixtures and examining inside of walls with our mini camera, we were unable to find any plumbing fixtures leaking. Recommended homeowner contact a roofer for a roof inspection of water leaks.
