We responded to our customer in Acworth, GA after they reported washing machine valves not working properly and a tub and shower that were dripping. Upon inspection, we found the washer valves had failed and the shower issue was caused by a worn Moen cartridge. After completing the repairs, we tested both fixtures for proper, leak free operation. Everything is now working correctly with no leaks or dripping.
We responded to our customer in Acworth, GA to inspect a leak on the tankless water heater hot water line. While the tankless water lines already have pipe insulation installed, we found a leak at the 2 inch Uponor connection transitioning to copper on the hot side. This type of connection leak can worsen over time and lead to water damage if not repaired. We discussed repair options with the customer and will provide an estimate to repair the leaking connection and add heat wire to help prevent future freeze-related issues. The system was evaluated and a plan is in place to resolve the problem.
Pipe Repair: A sudden drop in water pressure and visible moisture inside the home prompted inspection of the plumbing system. A section of interior piping was found damaged by animal activity. The affected line was isolated, the damaged pipe removed, and a new replacement section installed with secure fittings. Water service was restored and the system was pressure-tested to confirm reliable flow without leaks.
Plumbing Repair: Ongoing drainage problems were traced to a deteriorated interior drain line that had partially collapsed and restricted wastewater flow. The affected section was accessed and removed, and reinforced replacement piping was installed. All joints were secured, and the system was tested to ensure smooth drainage throughout the home.
Sewer Line Replacement: Repeated sewer backups indicated failure of the home’s main sewer line. A camera inspection revealed extensive cracking and deterioration. The damaged section was excavated and removed, and a new corrosion-resistant sewer line was installed and aligned to proper grade. All joints were secured before backfilling, and the system was tested to ensure unrestricted wastewater flow.

We responded to our customer in Acworth, GA after they reported the bathrooms were backing up when the toilets were flushed. On site, we confirmed there was a blockage in the main drain line causing the backups. We used our sewer machine to clear the obstruction from the line. During the process, we removed paper towel like material from two separate areas in the drain. Once the blockage was cleared, the water level returned to normal. We flushed the toilets multiple times to verify proper drainage and operation. This job was completed successfully, and the bathrooms are now draining and flushing properly without any backups.
We responded to our customer in Acworth, GA after they reported issues with their water shut off valve. On site, we confirmed the existing gate valve was worn and no longer providing reliable shut off. We removed the gate valve and installed a new quarter turn ball valve to improve performance and ease operation. Once the installation was completed, we restored water to the system and checked all connections. The valve was tested to verify proper shut off and leak free operation. This job was completed successfully, and the customer now has a reliable and easy accessible main water shut off.
We responded to our customer to replace their existing water heater due to age and reduced performance. Upon arrival, we replaced the existing water heater with a new Rheem ProPlus 50 gallon gas water heater to provide reliable hot water and improved energy efficiency. All gas and water connections were made to code and secured for safe operation. In addition, we installed a 3/4 inch pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the main water line where it enters the home to help regulate high water pressure. This protects the plumbing system, fixtures, and appliances from potential damage caused by excessive pressure. Once the installation was complete, we tested the for leak free operation and proper function.
Leak Repair: Multiple pinhole leaks were identified in an indoor copper water line serving the laundry area, contributing to moisture buildup and water damage. Due to the extent of corrosion, I removed the compromised pipe sections and installed new PEX piping for improved flexibility and long-term reliability. After completing the installation, I pressure-tested the system to ensure leak-free operation and proper water flow.
We responded to our customers home due to low hot water pressure being experienced throughout the home. Upon arrival, we inspected the hot water initially flows at normal pressure, then drops significantly a several fixtures, and the down stairs single handle tub/shower is not working. We also inspected the water heater and confirmed that all isolation valves are fully open and functioning correctly. Cold water pressure throughout the home is strong and consistent, with no pressure drop observed on the cold side. Based on what we've found, the issue appears to be related to an internal failure or restriction withing the water heater. This type of problem can affect hot water delivery and overall performance to multiple fixtures. We will provide our customer with an estimate to replace the water heater and will return once approved.
We responded to our customers commercial business to service the women's restroom due to issues with with the toilet not flushing properly and continuously running. Upon inspection, we found the Sloan flush valve was worn and no longer operating as designed. We repaired the flush valve by replacing the necessary internal components to restore proper flushing function. All parts were reassembled and tightened according to manufacturer specifications. Once the repair was completed, we cycled the flush valve multiple times to verify proper operation. We also inspected all connections to ensure there were no leaks present. The toilet is now functioning efficiently and operating leak free.
I can not say enough about TKO. We had to replace 6,000sq. ft. Home water lines. TKO spent nearly 2 hours explaining and showing where they might need to cut and taking steps to limit drywall cuts. TKO minimized and clean their work area every day. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Top notch work by professionals. We responded to our customer to as part of a larger project to repipe our customers home and replace aging water lines. As a part of this work, we installed new PEX water lines to several fixtures for improved reliability and flow. Once the new piping was in place, we replaced the exterior hose spigot to ensure a secure, leak free connection for outdoor water use. We also installed a new icemaker box, upgrading the older setup to a more modern, code compliant design. After completing both installations, we restored water to the system and tested all new connections for leak free operation.
Our team completed a whole-home water line replacement due to aging copper throughout the house. The existing copper lines, with the exception of the recently renovated master shower, were showing signs of wear and were prone to future leaks. To provide long term solution, we removed all remaining copper water lines in the home and replaced them with new PEX piping, which offers excellent durability and flexibility. As part of the upgrade, we installed a new quarter turn shut off valves, new supply lines, and fresh escutcheons at each fixture for a clean and reliable finish. Once all piping and connections were installed, we restored water to the home and tested the new system for leak free operations.
We were already at customer's home performing a large repipe project where we were replacing all of the copper water lines in the home. When the sheetrock to the tub and shower faucets was opened, we noticed the copper connecting to the tub and shower valves was very deteriorated with electrolysis. The homeowner had experienced so many pin holes leaks with the copper piping that they requested to replace all of the copper which would involve replacing the current tub and shower valves to replace the tub and shower valve connection with new PEX piping. We installed four new customer supplied tub and shower valves and replaced all copper piping connecting to the tub and shower valves with new PEX piping to remove all copper piping within customer's home.
TKO was amazing at quickly scheduling our service appointment for water pressure issues (among a few other plumbing issues) we were having at our house. The appointment reminders and updates were great and the work was completed same day with a reasonable price. We will only call TKO from now on.

We responded to our customers home to address issues with the main water line supply and aging valves in the basement. After evaluating the plumbing system, we found that the existing pressure reducing valve (PRV) and the main shut off valve were no longer operating reliably. We removed the old components and installed a new PRV and shut off valve to restore proper water pressure control and dependable isolation of the homes water supply. We also inspected the nearby expansion tank and determined it had failed, so we replaced it with a properly sized new unit to help regulate thermal expansion within the plumbing system. In addition, we replaced a worn off shut off valve for the exterior hose bibb to ensure smooth operation and prevent future leaks. Once all installations were complete, we pressurized the system and verified leak free operation throughout the home.
We responded to our customers home today to replace an existing icebox maker. Once on site, we removed the old unit and prepared the area for the new installation. We installed a new icebox maker equipped with an integrated hammer arrester to help prevent water hammer and pressure fluctuations in the supply line. All water connections were secured, and we performed a pressure test during installation to ensure everything was tight and functioning properly. After setting the icebox maker in place, we turned the water supply back on and checked for any leaks. The unit was tested to confirm proper operation and ice production.
Excellent job!

We responded to our customer due to ongoing issues with their toilet and sewer ejector pump located in the basement. Upon inspection, we found that the toilet components were worn and the ejector pump was showing signs of failure, causing intermittent drainage problems. After performing a full diagnostic, we provided the customer with a quote to rebuild the toilet with new internal parts and rebuild the existing sewer ejector pump, including replacing seals, gaskets, and check valves as needed to restore proper function. We'll be returning at a later date to complete the work.
We responded to our customers home to perform a sewer camera inspection through the main floor toilet due to concerns of drainage issues. After removing the toilet, we accessed the drain line and inserted our sewer camera to evaluate the condition of the piping. During our inspection, we checked common issues such as blockages, root intrusion, pipe shifting, buildup, and structural damage. The camera allowed us to visually confirm the flow path and identify any areas that may be causing slow drainage or recurring backups. We documented the findings and reviewed them with our customer to ensure they understood the condition of their sewer line. Once the inspection was complete, we reset and resealed the toilet, ensuring a secure and leak free connection.
We responded to our customers home to replace a customer supplied kitchenette pump for the basement sink. After installation, we tested to confirm leak free operation. During our visit, we also inspected a leaking toilet in the powder room, which was leaking from underneath the tank when flushed. We removed the the tank and replaced the 3" gasket and reinstalled toilet tank. After completion we tested for leak free operation.
Our customer contacted us after noticing a water leak coming through the sheetrock ceiling below their upstairs bathtub. Upon inspection, we found that the existing PVC tub trap had not been glued during the original installation, causing it to come loose and leak over time. We removed the faulty trap and installed a new, properly sealed PVC trap to prevent any future issues. After completing the repair, we tested the drain system to confirm leak-free operation. The ceiling leak has now been resolved and the bathtub is functioning as it should.
Customer has a leak on their blue poly water line and had tried to repair it themselves with a clamp but the clamp was not holding causing the leak to remain. Since they have the old blue poly piping that is notorious for leaks, they wanted to look at replacing the water service line entirely to remove all of the old blue poly piping. If we make a repair on the blue poly, we cannot warranty it due to the integrity of the blue poly piping. We provided a quote for a standard water line replacement as well as a trenchless water line replacement. Customer is having the tree in the front yard at the meter box removed before the water line is replaced so they do not have to worry about the roots again near the meter box. Once the tree is removed, we are going to replacing the water line via trenchless replacement method.

If you have any questions or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you again. Have a great day.
We responded to one of our customers salons in Acworth for a rocking toilet in the women's restroom. Upon arrival, we inspected the fixture and found that the toilet had been shifted and moved so much over time that it was sitting noticeably off center from where it should be positioned. This movement can break the seal, loosen the bolts, and cause leaks or rocking during use. To resolve this issue, we removed the toilet completely and cleaned the area around the flange. We then installed a new wax ring and new closet bolts to secure the toilet properly and ensure a tight fit. After resetting the toilet in correct position, we tested it for stability and leak free operation.
