Job Locations and Reviews
We responded to our customer due water being discovered on the carpet directly behind the shower wall. Once on site, after inspecting the plumbing behind the shower trim, we found that the shower cartridge is failing and allowing water to leak constantly inside the wall cavity. This type of internal leak can cause damage to the drywall, framing, and flooring if left unaddressed. To help prevent any further moisture intrusion, we will install shut off valves on the hot and cold supply lines for the shower. We have ordered a new shower cartridge and will return to finish work.
We were called out after our customer noticed water running down the yard from a puddle that kept returning. Once onsite, after inspecting the area, we traced the leak to a broken compression fitting on the water line in the back yard. We repaired the section of pipe with a new compression coupling and restored water to the home. After turning the water back on, we tested for leak free operation.
We came out to customers home to perform a descale and maintenance service on a tankless water heater. Once onsite, we connected our flush kit and ran descaling solution through the system to break down and remove the scale. Once flush was complete, we ran clean water through the lines to rinse everything out. We then turned the tankless unit back on, checked for proper operation.

We responded to our customer after they noticed water running through the yard from the direction of the meter. Upon arrival, we confirmed the water meter was spinning even with all the fixtures inside turned off, dug along the service line to locate the source and found a section of pipe that had cracked and was leaking underground. We cut out the damaged portion of the pipe and repaired it. Once the glue had dried, we turned the water back on and checked the repair for leaks.
These folks have done work for me twice before and left me satisfied both times . The last time they fixed a problem another company created! This time John told me that there was no leak in an outdoor line where I thought there was one and they didn’t charge for the service call!

Responded to customers home for water leaking outside near the house. Once on site we determined water was gathering near the outside hose spigot. We inspected the water meter and plumbing system and was unable to locate any water leaks on the plumbing system. Customer informed us he believes the water accumulation is due to rain. He will watch this area and if water reoccurs with no rain, he will contact us again.
Responded to call where customer was having issues with her garbage disposal and a bathroom sink not draining. She said she has tried unclogging the sink by hand and even rented a small sewer machine and could not clear the blockage. Once we were on site, we determined the existing garbage disposal is no longer operable. We installed a new garbage disposal and performed drain cleaning to clear the blockage at bathroom sink to resolve issues.
