We are helping this customer remodel and finish his basement bathroom. We've cut concrete and installed new drain lines and new water lines for toilet, sink, and shower. We are returning today to perform the trim out portion of the bathroom remodel and installing new customer supplied toilet, bathroom faucet, and shower faucet and head.
Customer was in the middle of remodeling multiple bathrooms and fired his existing contractors. He requested we come to the property to review everything and provide him a quote with options to repair the new plumbing and finish the plumbing. We are currently working with the customer to resolve the situation.

We were already working with homeowner on his basement remodel project and he opted to replace his water heater at the same time to take advantage of the discounted price. We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater.
We originally came out for a free site visit to discuss customer finishing his basement. Today, we completed the rough portion of the basement project. We also replaced his existing gas water heater with a new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater.
