We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they noticed the shower arms were loose and moved whenever they were touched. This indicated that the plumbing connections behind the shower wall were not properly secured. To address the issue, we carefully cut an opening in the drywall to access the plumbing and replaced the existing drop ear elbows that connect and support the shower arms. These fittings help keep the shower arms securely positioned and prevent unwanted movement during use. After completing the replacements, we tested the shower plumbing to verify proper operation and confirmed the connections were leak free.
We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after they discovered a water leak at their home's pressure reducing valve (PRV), also known as the water pressure regulator. This valve helps regulate incoming water pressure from the main water supply to protect the home's plumbing system and fixtures. Upon inspection, we identified a leaking connection at the pressure regulator that required repair. We replaced the existing male adapter fitting on the PRV to address the leak without needing to replace the entire pressure regulator. After completing the repair, we turned the water back on and tested the plumbing connection to confirm the leak had been resolved and everything was operating properly.
Thorston and his helper Gary came out to re run my supply line, replace my expansion tank, and pressure relief valve. They did an amazing job. They covered up the trench in my yard and made it look great. The pipe that was ran inside the house made to look very clean. They were both very enjoyable people to have at the house and would recommend them to anyone.

We returned to our customer in Dallas, GA to complete a previously quoted whole home water service line replacement and reroute. The project involved replacing approximately 175 feet of the existing underground water supply line from the water meter to the back of the home near the garage with new 1 inch black polyethylene (poly) piping. We excavated and trenched the yard to accommodate the new water line, rerouting the home's main water supply into the garage near the water heater. The installation also included a new main water shutoff valve, pressure reducing valve (PRV), and thermal expansion tank above the water heater. The new water service line was connected to the existing copper water piping above the water heater, allowing the old water service line running through the wall and beneath the concrete slab to be discontinued. After completing the installation, we tested the new water service line and plumbing connections for leaks.

We responded to our customer in Dallas, GA after their kitchen garbage disposal stopped working properly. Upon inspection, we discovered a plastic strip lodged underneath the garbage disposal's grinding components, preventing the unit from operating as intended. We attempted to remove the obstruction and were able to free the disposal enough to restore its spinning operation. However, a portion of the plastic remains trapped inside the disposal in an area that cannot be accessed for removal. Although the garbage disposal was operating at the time of our visit, we advised the homeowner that the remaining plastic could cause the unit to jam or stop working again at any time. A garbage disposal replacement may be necessary if the problem returns.

Everything good except they only take checks , or debit card with which would have been a 20$ charge (3.2%). So I said I’d go to the bank and get the money, asked if he wanted to wait at my house, he insisted on following me to the bank, which I thought was weird. He insisted on cash instead of cashiers check or money order.

I had a pin hole leak in my main waterline where it entered my home. Contacted TKO and Tara worked me in the very next day! John arrived and explained everything he was going to do to fix the issue.
