We replaced the main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve in the basement. Then we tested for leaks and found that the main water line is leaking in the yard. we dug to replace that leak also

We responded to our customers home due to issues with the existing main water line. Once on site, we removed the existing main water line and installed a new 175-foot water line running from the water meter to the home, ensuring reliable water flow and proper pressure throughout the system. During installation, we also installed a new meter ripple, dual check valve, and main shut off valve at the meter to bring the system up to current standards. Once the work was completed, we pressurized the new line and performed a full system test to confirm leak free operation.

We responded to our customers home after they noticed their hot water was no longer working. Upon inspection, we found that the gas to the neighborhood had been turned off by the gas company, which caused the water heater to shut down. We relit the water heater and it is now operating as it should.

We were called out to our customers home due to replacing their existing garbage disposal with a new customer supplied unit. Once on site, we removed the old garbage disposal assembly, prepped the flange and drain connection and installed the new customer supplied garbage disposal. After install was complete, we ran water and operated the disposal to confirm proper function and leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after they noticed their sewage ejector pump wasn't cycling. Once on site, we found debris stuck to the float switch preventing the pump from turning on and off. We removed the blockage, cleaned the float and basin, then cycled and tested the ejector pump.

We responded to our customer to inspect a water heater that was no longer producing reliable hot water. Upon arrival, we tested the system, we found that the unit was aged and showing signs of wear, including corrosion around the fittings and reduced heating performance. Due to it's condition and age, repair wasn't a long term solution, so we recommended a full water heater replacement. We removed the old unit and installed a new high efficiency water heater, making sure all gas, water and venting connections were secure and up to code. Once installation was complete, we filled and purged the tank, checked for all leaks and tested the system for proper temperature.

Responded to call for leak in the ceiling of garage. Customer had water coming out of the ceiling and had to turn the water off to the home. Once on site, we removed the drop ceiling in garage to find a copper water line in the ceiling had leaked down into the garage below. We repaired copper pipe by splicing in a new section of copper pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to our customer's home where the shower arm holding the shower head has fallen down and is no longer secured in the wall. After evaluation, we removed the shower arm which is the pipe going into the wall and found one of the screws securing the line to the wall is missing. We were able to properly resecure the pipe and shower head to resolve issue.

We responded to a call to install new toilets for customer. They had recently contacted us to discuss toilet options and pricing. After they purchased the toilets, they had contacted us to schedule for installation. We arrived today to replace two toilets. We removed the existing toilets, cleaned up the wax area and installed new wax rings, and two new toilets with new bidet seats.

We responded to our customer due to a service call for a toilet stoppage in the master bathroom toilet. Upon arrival, we confirmed the toilet was not flushing properly and was backing up into the bowl. Using a toilet auger, we were able to clear the blockage without needing to remove the toilet to access the main line. The blockage appeared to be soft and localized, most likely caused by toilet paper or debris caught in the trap way. Once the auger cleared the obstruction, we flushed the toilet multiple times to confirm proper drainage and full water flow. Everything is now operating normally with no signs of back up or slow draining. The issue was fully resolved with the auger and did not require further work.

We are helping customer with a new bathroom vanity installation. We recently were on site to cap the water and drain lines so customer could install new vanity. We returned today to install a new drain assembly and connect to vanity with new ptrap as well as install a new customer supplied wide spread faucet.

Customer is installing a new vanity and the water and drain lines come up through the floor as opposed through the wall so we are coming out today to cap the water lines and cap the drain lines so they can install new vanity on top of the lines then we will return tomorrow to install the new faucet and install drain assembly for new vanity.

We responded to our customer due to water backing up into the tub while using other fixtures in the home. Once on site, after performing diagnostics, we accessed the main drain line through the clean out and used a cable machine to clear a heavy build up that was restricting flow. Once the blockage was removed, we flushed the system and verified proper drainage throughout the line.

Customer had contacted us to perform the annual maintenance on their tankless water heater. We arrived today and flushed the tankless water heater and cleaned the filter to complete the annual tankless water heater maintenance.

Responded to call for a major water spot in the ceiling. Once on site, we found large water spot in ceiling on drop ceiling tiles. We removed drop ceiling tiles and found copper water line had several spots leaking. We installed a new section of copper pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to whole house backing up and sewage overflowing in basement toilet. Once on site, we found sewer cleanout and performed drain cleaning by running sewer machine through drain line to clear blockage. Once blockage was cleared, we preformed a camera inspection on the sewer line and found too much toilet paper was cause for blockage.

Responded to a call for a leak in the garage coming from powder room. Once on site, found supply line for powder room toilet had cracked and was leaking into the garage below. We installed a new stainless steel braided supply line to resolve issue.

Responded to a call for a shower faucet leaking constantly. Homeowner tried to repair himself but couldn't get the cartridge out of the shower faucet. Once on site, we evaluated the situation and was able to locate a cartridge and replace same day to resolve the issue. We also installed a new shower faucet handle for customer as well.

Responded to call for no hot water throughout Stars and Strike's entire bowling alley. Once on site, found left side water heater, recirculating pump and mixing valve not working properly. Turned power off to recirculating pump and closed isolation valves to water heater, recirculating pump and mixing valve. They are getting hot water with these off. We are providing a quote for corporate to replace the commercial mixing valve.

We recently provided customer with a quote to replace the whole house shut off valve and repair the leaking shower. We returned today to perform the quoted work; Installed a new ball valve for as the new main shut off valve and installed a new cartridge within the shower valve to repair the leaking shower.

We responded to a call for leaking water heater. Once on site, we found one of the two water heaters was no longer operating properly and leaking from the water heater itself. The other water heater is slightly newer and does not require replacement at this time. We installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater to restore hot water.

Responded to call for a leak at the foundation wall. Customer said they have already dug up the area outside of the foundation wall and removed everything from this section on the inside but they can't fix it because the leak is coming from the foundation wall. After evaluation, we dup up area a little more and installed a new section of water line going through the foundation wall and sealed penetration to resolve issue.
