Our electric tank water heater failed. John and Shane with TKO Plumbing did an outstanding job upgrading our electric tank water heater to a tankless gas water heater. From start to finish, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. Their workmanship and attention to detail during the installation were excellent, and it was obvious they take pride in what they do. They were also very respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Its hard to find contractors who combine quality work with great customer service, but John and Shane absolutely delivered. Everything good except they only take checks , or debit card with which would have been a 20$ charge (3.2%). So I said I’d go to the bank and get the money, asked if he wanted to wait at my house, he insisted on following me to the bank, which I thought was weird. He insisted on cash instead of cashiers check or money order.
