We removed a Sloan automatic flush valve to install a Sloan manual flush valve. once installation is completed we will test for proper leak free operation.

We replaced batteries in two automatic flush valves. Then we tested and found one is working properly and the other one has corrosion around the connections not allowing the manual flush to work.

After inspection, we determined moisture was present under the floor but the exact source could not be confirmed. We advised the homeowner to schedule true leak detection services to confirm whether the issue is due to an underground slab leak or another source of moisture intrusion. Once confirmed, we'll proceed with slab leak repair.

We were called out to inspect a garbage disposal that wasn't working. Upon arrival, we verified that the disposal power but was jammed and unable to spin freely. Using tools, we unjammed the disposal and cleared out the obstruction causing it to jam up. Once the impellers were freed, we restored power and tested the unit for proper operation.

We responded to a service call for a stopped up toilet that wasn't flushing properly. Once onsite, we inspected the fixture and found that foreign objects were lodged in inside the toilet trap, preventing the water from flowing through. We removed the blockage and made sure there were no additional obstructions in the line. Once cleared, we flushed the toilet multiple times to ensure proper function.

We responded to our customer to replace the main shut off valve and the pressure reducing valve (PRV) located in the ground at the front of the home. Once onsite, we replaced the existing main shut off valve and reinstalled a new PRV. After installation, we turned the main water supply back on and performed a test for leak free operation.

We responded to our customer after they noticed moisture showing up in their hardwood floors. Once onsite, we inspected the affected area and checked the water meter to see if there was an active flow indicating a slab leak. After inspection, we determined the meter wasn't moving, which tells us there's no active water leak at the moment. We advised removing the trim and sheet rock, so we could visually inspect the water lines inside the wall to confirm whether the leak is from behind the wall or from another source.

We responded to our customer due to installing a new Rinnai tankless water heater. Once onsite, we removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. During our visit we also installed a new 3/4" pressure reducing valve (PRV) on the main water line to ensure proper and consistent water pressure. We installed a 3/4" Moen Flo smart water monitor and automatic shut off valve on the main water line. And lastly we replaced the existing 1/2" hose bibb with a new one to prevent drips and ensure reliable outside water access. Once all installations were complete, we tested the system for leak free operation as well as proper operation of the tankless heater and all new componenents.

We were called out after our customer noticed water continuously running into the floor drain in one of the classroom bathrooms. Upon arrival, we traced the sound and water flow to a trap primer line located under the sink. After inspecting the system, we determined the trap primer had failed, allowing a steady flow of water to discharge into the floor drain. We shut off the water supply to the faulty primer and confirmed the flow had stopped. We will be back to replace the trap primer assembly.

We responded to a service call regarding a reported toilet back up. Upon arrival, we flushed the toilet multiple times and observed normal operation. To further test the system, we ran nearby sink while flushing and added toilet paper yo simulate regular use. The toilet continued to flush properly with no signs of back up or slow drainage.

We recently responded to customer's home for a leak coming up from his garage floor. Once on site, we determined that the grey poly water line has a pin hole leak right before it goes into the concrete slab floor. We provided customer with a quote to make the repairs and returned today to perform this work. Once on site, we were unable to get a proper connection on the existing grey poly and had to chip up a small section of the concrete flooring to access a good piece of grey poly piping to make repair. Once piping was accessible, we were able to cut out the leaking section of grey poly pipe and installed a new piece of PEX piping. After repair was made, we repoured concrete to a rough finish.

We responded to our customers home for a stain on the sheetrock that is located near the entryway of the home. After carefully measuring and assessing the area, we determined the where the stain area it is not underneath plumbing fixtures or active water lines. We also noted that the size and appearance of the stain has not changed since it was first observed by the home owner. At this time, there are no signs of active leaks or moisture intrusion.

We responded to our customers commercial building to replace the sloan flush valve in the staff bathroom to restore proper flushing function. The existing valve was worn and no longer operating efficiently, which can lead to water waste and inconsistent performance. We performed an installation of a new commercial grade sloan flush valve designed for high traffic restrooms. After installation we tested the valve for leak free operation. The system is now functioning efficiently with no leaks detected.

We came out to our customers residence to install a new gas Rheem water heater. The existing unit was outdated and no longer providing consistent hot water. We successfully removed the old water heater and installed a high-efficiency Rheem model. All gas and water connections were installed to code and tested for proper operation. This new gas water heater now performs faster recovery times and improved hot water availability throughout the home.

Our customer had recently contacted us to discuss relocating their washing machine to their garage from the inside of the home. We arrived today to evaluate the area and provided customer with a quote to locate the existing water and drain lines in the garage to tie onto and install new water lines and drain line for washing machine.

We responded to our customer when they noticed green corrosion spots and a small leak on a 1/2" copper water line in the garage. Once onsite, we inspected multiple weak areas on the pipe caused by corrosion. We cut out the damaged section of the copper and replaced it with new PEX piping. Once the repair was complete, we turned the water back on and tested for leak free operation.

Responded to customer's home for a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, we found where the pex water line transition into copper piping is leaking at the copper pipe. We cut out and removed the leaking section of copper pipe and installed a new section of pex water line to resolve the issue.

Responded to customer's home after customer noticed wet areas around the floor in the kitchen and both hallway bathroom and master bathroom. After evaluation, we found the copper water line in the ceiling above this area is leaking in several places. We cut a small section of the sheetrock to gain access to the water line. Once accessible, we determined the copper water line is leaking in several places. We removed the damaged section of copper pipe and installed a new 8' section of pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to customer's home for leak under kitchen sink. The leak was so bad that it started leaking in the ceiling below where customer was seeing brown spots in the ceiling. Once on site, we found the water filter under the kitchen sink was leaking when used. Customer no longer wanted the filter and opted to remove it instead of replacing the device. After removing the water filter, leak was no longer present.

Responded to a call for an overflowing toilet in the basement area. Once on site, found toilet water had completely escaped the toilet showing blockage was still present. We were able to use the toilet auger to clear the blockage right past the toilet inside of the pipe. We pulled back numerous wipes to clear the blockage and resolve the issue. Recommend customer stop using the flushable wipes as they are not flushable.

We recently visited customer's home and provided him with a quote to convert his current 50 gallon gas water heater with a new electric Rheem ProTerra Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater as well as relocate the water heater from the upstairs closet to the garage per customer's request. We returned today to perform this work. We removed the current 50 gallon gas water heater and capped the hot and cold water lines as well as the vent line in the upstairs closet. We connected to the water line in the garage and installed new hot and cold water lines to the new location of the heat pump water heater. We installed a new 50 gallon hybrid heat pump water heater with all necessary shut off valves.
