We cleared the blockage with the hand auger and also replaced the diaphragm. Then we tested for proper leak free operation.
We responded to our commercial customer, a preschool in Marietta, GA, after they reported a clogged kitchen sink. We ran our sewer machine through the kitchen sink drain and removed debris from the line multiple times to clear the stoppage and improve drainage. We then filled the sink with hot water three separate times and ran additional water before and after each test to verify the drain was flowing properly. The sink drained without backing up, although the line continued to drain somewhat slowly. Based on the way our drain machine traveled through the piping, there may be an additional P-trap below the floor limiting access farther into the drain line. At the completion of our service, the blockage was cleared and the kitchen sink was draining without backing up.
We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA after they reported they were no longer getting hot water in their home. During our evaluation, we determined the existing water heater needed to be replaced to restore reliable hot water. We removed the old unit and installed a new Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater along with the necessary plumbing connections and code required upgrades. After completing the installation, we restored the gas and water supply and tested the new Rheem water heater and plumbing connections to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.
We returned to our customer in Marietta, GA to complete a previously quoted repair for a leaking main water line underneath the concrete sidewalk. During our evaluation, we identified an issue with the flush valve components and replaced the Sloan diaphragm and vacuum breaker to correct the leak. While testing the toilet, we also discovered a leak at the toilet spud and repaired that issue as well. After completing both repairs, we tested the toilet through multiple flushes to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.

During this visit, we installed a new customer supplied Delta faucet and installed the drop ear elbow for the handheld shower connection. After completing the installations, we restored the water supply and tested the new faucet and shower plumbing connections to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.
We returned to our customer in Marietta, GA to continue an ongoing bathroom remodel and complete the plumbing trim out portion of the project. During our initial trim out visit, we discovered the two customer supplied 8 inch widespread lavatory faucets included the trim only and did not include the necessary valves, requiring a second trip once the correct components were available. We returned and installed both widespread bathroom faucets along with new supply lines and P-traps. After completing the installations, we restored the water supply and tested both faucets, drains, and plumbing connections to verify proper operation and confirmed everything was leak free.
BETTER THAN THE REST!!! 1ST visit.... John was AWESOME! He was extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and definitely went above and beyond to help me with cast iron drain that had roots in it. Tara was absolutely amazing to work with and made me feel like she truly cared and wanted to help me with my issue and brought me in UNDER BUDGET! 2nd visit.... John again just awesome! Replaced my cast iron drain pipe connected to the septic tank. Arrived on time and only took a few hours. THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!! I hope I never need them again but if I do, TKO will be my first call.

We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA after they reported slow drains in the home. We cleared the main sewer line blockage to restore proper drainage and then performed a sewer camera inspection to determine what was causing the issue. During the camera inspection, we discovered tree roots growing into the sewer line outside the home and found that the sewer pipe is broken in the affected area. Although we were able to clear the immediate blockage, the damaged sewer line is the underlying issue and will need to be repaired to help prevent recurring backups. We will return to complete the necessary sewer line repair and correct the problem.

We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA after they experienced a main sewer line stoppage. We initially attempted to clear the blockage by running our sewer machine through the cleanout in the garage but were unable to clear the line from that access point. We then accessed the sewer line through the manhole and successfully cleared the stoppage to restore proper drainage. After clearing the main line, we performed a sewer camera inspection to determine what caused the backup and discovered tree roots growing into the sewer line. We discussed our findings with the customer so they are aware of the underlying root intrusion that contributed to the stoppage.

I had multiple plumbers come out, yet no one could determine the true cause. TKO Plumbing carefully investigated the issue, accurately diagnosed the problem, and repaired it without unnecessary excavation or replacing large sections of cast iron pipe in my 60-year-old home. Their solution was thoughtful, efficient, and effective, and they eliminated a problem that had frustrated me for years. Throughout the project, every member of the team demonstrated honesty, professionalism, respect, and outstanding workmanship. They earned my trust from start to finish. over the past few years I have had issues with sewer flies. I have had several plumbers to my home to investigate. Partial answers but continued issues. John Gallegos was not only professional and highly skilled, but he was easy to talk to and made me feel heard. That is unusual today, especially to a woman. He showed me the location of the gas line to cap, and clearly explained what steps he would take. TKO came out to help diagnose a potential exterior leak. While our problem ended up being related to irrigation, John and the serviceman were knowledgeable and nice. I would call them again if we needed to.

Your turnaround time was fantastic. Pricing was a bit higher than we were expecting but paid it given the time crunch. A part of the quoted job was not finished for some reason, but after bringing it to your attention, John was back out the next day, he actually just left and did a great job with the last part.
