Our customer had recently contacted us to discuss relocating their washing machine to their garage from the inside of the home. We arrived today to evaluate the area and provided customer with a quote to locate the existing water and drain lines in the garage to tie onto and install new water lines and drain line for washing machine.

There are multiple green spots and a leak on the 1/2" copper in the garage. we cut out the section of pipe and replaced it with pex pipe.

Responded to customer's home for a leak in the ceiling. Once on site, we found where the pex water line transition into copper piping is leaking at the copper pipe. We cut out and removed the leaking section of copper pipe and installed a new section of pex water line to resolve the issue.

Responded to customer's home after customer noticed wet areas around the floor in the kitchen and both hallway bathroom and master bathroom. After evaluation, we found the copper water line in the ceiling above this area is leaking in several places. We cut a small section of the sheetrock to gain access to the water line. Once accessible, we determined the copper water line is leaking in several places. We removed the damaged section of copper pipe and installed a new 8' section of pipe to resolve the issue.

Responded to customer's home for leak under kitchen sink. The leak was so bad that it started leaking in the ceiling below where customer was seeing brown spots in the ceiling. Once on site, we found the water filter under the kitchen sink was leaking when used. Customer no longer wanted the filter and opted to remove it instead of replacing the device. After removing the water filter, leak was no longer present.

Responded to a call for an overflowing toilet in the basement area. Once on site, found toilet water had completely escaped the toilet showing blockage was still present. We were able to use the toilet auger to clear the blockage right past the toilet inside of the pipe. We pulled back numerous wipes to clear the blockage and resolve the issue. Recommend customer stop using the flushable wipes as they are not flushable.

We recently visited customer's home and provided him with a quote to convert his current 50 gallon gas water heater with a new electric Rheem ProTerra Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater as well as relocate the water heater from the upstairs closet to the garage per customer's request. We returned today to perform this work. We removed the current 50 gallon gas water heater and capped the hot and cold water lines as well as the vent line in the upstairs closet. We connected to the water line in the garage and installed new hot and cold water lines to the new location of the heat pump water heater. We installed a new 50 gallon hybrid heat pump water heater with all necessary shut off valves.

Responded to call for busted pipe in the ceiling of the basement. Once on site, we pulled down drop ceiling to find copper water line with leaks. We cut out damaged section of copper water line and replaced with a new section to resolve issue.

Responded to customer's home for a leak coming from the refrigerator area. After evaluation, we found the customer had an older poly type icemaker supply line that had failed and was leaking. We installed a new steel braided supply line to resolve the issue.

Customer had a water spot in his yard by the meter and called a leak detection coming to come out and locate the leak. They located the leak near the water meter where the water was showing. He requested we come to the property to repair the leak. Once we were on site, we removed the sod then hand dug the area to expose the pipe. Once pipe was exposed and location of leak was determined, we made repair on the pipe installing PEX piping to resolve leak. Covered area back up and replaced sod as much as possible.

We recently responded to customer's home for toilet constantly running and determined the fill valve within the toilet was no longer working properly allowing water to leak through when it was not in use causing toilet to run and increased water usage. For this toilet, it required a special order flush valve. Once valve arrived, we returned to the home to install the new flush valve and fully rebuild this toilet to resolve all issues.

Customer had contacted us to reinstall their pedestal sink and toilet after they had new flooring installed. Once on site, we were able to properly reset the existing toilet with a new wax ring and supply line and reset the existing pedestal sink to complete customer's powder bath remodel.

Responded to customer's home for a leak under the bathroom sink. Once on site, we found the pop up assembly for the faucet and the drain line was leaking due to improper sized drain line. We replumb section of drain line to proper size and uninstall and reinstall pop up assembly correctly to resolve leaks.

Responded to customer's home for a leak in the crawl space. When their heating and air company was out, they found a leak in the crawl space. Once on site, we found a leak coming from the base of the toilet. We were able to pull this toilet, install a new wax ring to resolve the minor leak, and reset toilet with new caulking. We also determined there is another leak that is closer to the outside of the home that seems to be a foundation leak. There are not any plumbing lines in this area. We recommended customer contact a foundation company for the leak near the exterior of the home.

Responded to customer's home for water pressure issues as well as shut off valves leaking under the kitchen sink. After evaluation, we found the pressure in the home was at a proper level and that the pressure issue was coming from the faucet being clogged with debris. We installed new shut off valves on the hot and cold water lines for the kitchen faucet to resolve the leaking shut off valves but also flushed out the faucet and lines to clear the lines of debris which resolved the pressure issue and now faucet is working as it should be.

Our customer contacted us to replace multiple shut off valves and supply lines to upgrade the existing plumbing. The existing shut off valves are very old and hard to turn on and off. The supply lines are very old poly and hard metal supply lines. We installed new shut off valves for multiple toilets and new stainless steel braided supply lines to update all supply lines and shut off valves for all toilets in home.

We were called out for error code P1 on a Rheem tankless water heater. P1 is not an error code, it displays when circulating pump is running.

The toilet shut off valve wasn't working. We replaced the shut off valve with a quarter turn shut off with a new supply line. Lastly we cleaned up and tested for leaks.

Customer lives in a townhome and has occasional clogging issues with his master toilet on the third floor. We recently provided a quote to install a new pressure assist toilet to help with the flushing power. We arrived today to perform this work. We furnished and installed a new pressure assisted toilet with a new wax ring and a repair flange for customer.

Responded to a call for toilet that was running constantly. Once on site, we found the shut off valve for the toilet is not shutting off the water completely. We installed a new shut off valve for toilet and upgraded supply line to toilet as well to resolve all toilet running issues.

We responded to customer's home for a gas leak. The gas company shut her gas meter off due to the gas leak their system found. We responded and performed a gas pressure test as required on the gas system to identify and repair any gas leaks on the system and repressurized.

Responded to a call for customer receiving very high pressure and a leak coming from a valve in the basement. Once on site, we were able to determine right away that the pressure reducing valve is leaking and causing the high pressure in the home. We installed a new PRV (pressure reducing valve) and upgraded the main shut off valve to home to a ball valve type shut off valve as opposed to the older gate valve type.

Responded to a call for a leak in the ceiling. After evaluation, we found red and blue PEX piping has a pin hole leak that is leaking into the ceiling below. We removed the damaged section of red and blue PEX piping and installed a new section of better quality PEX piping with two new shut off valves under sink for customer due to current shut off valves not turning off water completely when leak occurred.

Responded to a call for customer getting a very strong odor throughout the entire house anytime any fixture was running. After evaluation, we discovered that smell is very strong when running any fixtures. Before taking any further steps with plumbing repairs, we recommended that customer contact the Water Department to see if there are any issues from their end first. It is possible this is an issue with the Water Dept. that they would need to address. If Water Dept. is unable to confirm any issues from their end, we will discuss next steps to resolve this issue.
