We cleared the master toilet of a blockage with the hand auger. Then we flushed multiple times to ensure the blockage was removed.
We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA to replace aging cast iron drain piping serving two bathrooms. Over time, cast iron pipes can deteriorate, rust, and develop leaks or drainage issues. We removed the existing cast iron drain lines and installed new PVC piping in their place to provide a more reliable drainage system. After completing the installation, we ran water through both bathroom drain systems and tested all connections to ensure proper flow and leak free operation.
We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA after they reported a leak under the kitchen sink. During our inspection, we found a hole in the existing cast iron drain piping, which was allowing water to leak. Rather than reconnecting to the damaged piping, we rerouted a new PVC drain line from the basement into the kitchen cabinet and installed a Studor vent to provide proper drainage and venting. To determine the source of the leak, we removed the toilet and found the toilet flange was leaking at the glued connection below the floor. We replaced the faulty toilet flange and then reinstalled the toilet using a new wax ring and closet bolts to ensure a proper seal. After completing the repair, we flushed the toilet multiple times and tested for proper, leak free operation.

We removed the existing sink and installed a customer supplied drop in kitchen sink, along with a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. A large tree fell during the recent storms and ripped the main water line out of the ground, leaving our customer without water to their home. Due to the heavy rain and saturated ground conditions, a permanent water line repair could not be completed safely at that time. Rather than leaving the customer without water, we installed a temporary water line from the meter to the home to restore water service until the weather improves and the new main water line can be installed properly. After the temporary line was in place, we turned the water on and verified everything was operating correctly.
This has been another great experience with their team. Highly recommend!

We responded to our customer in Marietta, GA to help complete a bathroom remodel with new vanities and updated fixtures. As part of the project, we installed six new shut off valves to replace older valves and provide reliable water control for the new fixtures. We also installed a customer supplied toilet and connected a new lavatory faucet. Once everything was in place, we restored water to the bathroom, checked all connections, and tested each fixture to make sure everything was operating properly and leak free.

Very fast turnaround, friendly on the phone, the plumber who showed up, John, was friendly and professional. The quality of his work was very good. We had a lot going on at the house and one part of the quoted job was missed on the initial visit. When I brought it to their attention, they were quick to address my concern, and were back out the very next morning to complete the job. Given how fast they were, we were able to stay on track with our renovation schedule. Ultimately, we are pleased with the quality of service, the craftsmanship, and felt the pricing was reasonable.

Your turnaround time was fantastic. Pricing was a bit higher than we were expecting but paid it given the time crunch. A part of the quoted job was not finished for some reason, but after bringing it to your attention, John was back out the next day, he actually just left and did a great job with the last part.
