Thorsten was terrific! Frozen pipe burst flooding our basement Christmas day. With lots of people having problems with burst pipes, the only big company to even respond to our calls quoted us over a week’s wait. Thorsten came the next day, immediately identified the problem, and fixed it in a way designed also to prevent future problems. Quick, professional, and great value. He was recommended to us by a neighbor who was a big fan. Now we are too.

After dealing with too many pinhole leaks individually, we had TKO Plumbing repipe our split level home. They are professional & prompt, extremely knowledgeable and cleaned up at the end of each day. TKO plumbing is an outstanding company! We had an emergency leak in our home last night and by morning they were at our home to inspect the issue. They determined there were no major problems and actually recommended an inexpensive fix that we should do ourselves, and they didn’t charge us for anything. We have had so many plumbing issues in our house over the last couple of years and have used several different plumbers that we weren’t a huge fan of, this time around we had a leak under our slab in our kitchen and was referred to TKO by a friend of a friend. From the minute we called and spoke to Tara and then Thorsten we knew we had finally found a plumber we could trust. Thorsten went above and beyond for us. He rearranged his schedule to be able to come sooner because he knew we were without water and also had an infant at home. He was kind, professional, honest and made the not-so-fun experience of digging a hole in the middle of your kitchen a pleasant one. He and his assistant made sure to cover every surface from getting dusty during the dig and even made sure to remove the bare minimum of our flooring in hopes that we would be able to salvage it without having to get all new floors (and we did manage to salvage it!). The repair went so much smoother than we thought it would and he was very communicative the whole time and educated us on what was happening and what he was doing. We didn’t have to worry if he was ripping us off or making things seem worse than they actually were (like previous plumbers had in the past) and ultimately we are just very thankful to have found someone to stick with for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Hopefully we don’t have to work together again soon, but we know who we are calling if we do have more issues moving forward. Thanks so much Thorsten and Tara and Gary!

As a result of a botched reno in our Master Bathroom, Thorsten had to remove and replace all plumbing in the shower and for our free-standing tub. Have used Thorsten & TKO plumbing twice in 8 months! First he found our slow drain issues & replaced our sewer main. Huge job but he took great care of our property and provided top notch service. He’s also replaced toilets, repaired pin hole leaks, installed new shut off valves and the like. Thorsten Installed a 3/4 inch gas regulator to my 2lb meter and ran a gas line to connect to the pool / spa heater. He did an awesome job!! He’s very thorough and clean, there is great communication throughout the process and the pricing is fair. I would strongly recommend TKO Plumbing Services for any of your plumbing needs or repairs. TKO Plumbing Services helped me with my outside faucet that was stripped and would not allow me to put on any attachments, making it unable to use and water my garden! Thorsten, saved my garden and did a great job and he was very thorough and professional! He will be back to fix my guest bathroom shower faucet once I get a replacement from Kohler! He gave me great advice on that as well! This guy is the epitome of a plumbing professional and will recommend him to everyone!
